Abstract
【解決手段】 セラミック体6の内部に発熱抵抗体7を埋設してなるヒーター部2と、ヒーター部2に通電するためのセラミック体6の表面の一部に形成された金属層4と、金属層4にロウ材11を介して一端部の内面が接合された筒状金属部材3とを具備しており、筒状金属部材3は、一端部の端面にこの端面以外の部分よりもロウ材11の濡れ性が低いロウ材阻止部5が設けられているセラミックヒーター1である。筒状金属部材3の一端部からのロウ材11の漏れをなくし、金属層4と筒状金属部材3とのロウ材11を介した接合強度を向上させ維持することが可能となる。

Claims (6)
- セラミック体の内部に発熱抵抗体を埋設してなるヒーター部と、該ヒーター部に通電するための前記セラミック体の表面の一部に形成された金属層と、該金属層にロウ材を介して一端部の内面が接合された筒状金属部材とを具備しているセラミックヒーターであって、前記筒状金属部材は、前記一端部の端面に該端面以外の部分よりもロウ材の濡れ性が低いロウ材阻止部が設けられていることを特徴とするセラミックヒーター。
- 前記筒状金属部材は、表面にメッキ層が形成されているとともに、前記ロウ材阻止部には、前記筒状金属部材の一部を露出させた金属露出部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックヒーター。
- 前記筒状金属部材は、前記金属露出部の表面が粗面化されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセラミックヒーター。
- 前記筒状金属部材は、前記金属露出部の表面に周回方向に延びる突条または溝が多数形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセラミックヒーター。
- 前記筒状金属部材は、前記一端部の端面が外側に傾斜したC面となるように面取りされていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のセラミックヒーター。
- 前記金属層は、前記筒状金属部材の前記一端部から外側にはみ出ないように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のセラミックヒーター。
