Abstract
【解決手段】車両用駆動装置100は、車両を駆動する回転動力を出力するエンジン1と、当該エンジン1の出力軸A1と連結可能な入力軸A2を有し、当該入力軸A2の回転速度を変速して出力部材7に伝達する変速機5と、当該変速機5の入力軸A2の軸心と異なる軸心からなる回転軸21を有する回転電機2と、当該回転電機2の回転軸21の回転速度を減速して変速機5の入力軸A2に伝達する減速機4と、を備える。

た図である。なお、図2において、入力軸A2やギヤ4や回転軸21A、21B等については断面を図示していない。図2及び図3に示されるように、3つの回転電機2A〜2Cは、変速機5の入力軸A2の同心円上に配設される。ここで、図3に示されるように、3つの回転電機2A〜2Cは、変速機5の入力軸A2の周方向に沿って均等間隔で配設されると好適である。即ち、複数の回転電機2が3つからなる場合には、回転電機2Aと回転電機2Bと回転電機2Cとの夫々の間隔が均等となるように、変速機5の入力軸A2を基準として、120度ずつずらして配設すると好適である。このように配設すると、各回転電機2A〜2Cからの変速機5の入力軸A2に対する応力が均等になるため、当該応力により入力軸A2が有するベアリングBRG1の機械的損傷を抑制することができる。
上記実施形態では、単相回転電機2のステータSには、当該ステータSに発生する制御磁束を流れ易くして、トルクリップルを滑らかにするために、コイルCが巻き回されていない領域に補極Eが形成されるとして説明した。しかしながら、本発明の適用範囲は、これに限定されるものではない。図8に示される単相回転電機のように、補極Eを備えない構成とすることも当然に可能である。このような構成とすれば、ステータSを構成する材料を少なくすることができることから、コストダウンが可能である。また、特異な形状をしていないことから、ステータSを容易に作製することができる。

Claims (7)
- 車両を駆動する回転動力を出力するエンジンと、
前記エンジンの出力軸と連結可能な入力軸を有し、当該入力軸の回転速度を変速して出力部材に伝達する変速機と、
前記変速機の入力軸の軸心と異なる軸心からなる回転軸を有する回転電機と、
前記回転電機の回転軸の回転速度を減速して前記変速機の入力軸に伝達する減速機と、
を備える車両用駆動装置。 - 前記減速機が、前記変速機の入力軸に設けられた第1のギヤと前記回転電機の回転軸に設けられた第2のギヤとを歯合して形成され、
前記第1のギヤの歯数が、前記第2のギヤの歯数よりも多く形成されてある請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記回転電機が複数備えられ、
当該複数の回転電機が、前記変速機の入力軸の同心円上に配設されてある請求項1又は2に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 直流電圧を交流電圧に変換する周波数変換部が備えられ、
一つの前記周波数変換部で前記複数の回転電機を制御する請求項3に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記複数の回転電機が、3相結線された3つの単相回転電機からなる請求項3又は4に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記複数の回転電機が3相回転電機からなり、前記複数の回転電機の接続端子が、同相毎に並列接続又は直列接続されてある請求項3又は4に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記複数の回転電機が、前記変速機の入力軸の周方向に沿って均等間隔で配設されてある請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
