Abstract
【解決手段】圧電素子1に駆動軸2を取り付けたアクチュエータ10を有し、駆動信号により圧電素子1を伸縮させ、圧電素子1の伸縮動作に応じて駆動軸2を往復運動させて、駆動軸2に摩擦係合させた被駆動部材3を移動させる駆動装置であって、圧電素子1の伸縮動作開始から所定時間までの期間は、期間後の被駆動部材3の移動時に出力する駆動信号に比べて、被駆動部材3に加わる静止時推力Fが大きく被駆動部材3の移動時速度Vが遅い駆動信号を圧電素子1に出力する制御部81を備えることで、動作開始直後からスムーズに被駆動部材3を移動させることが可能となる。

Claims (6)
- 圧電素子に駆動軸を取り付けたアクチュエータを有し、駆動信号により前記圧電素子を伸縮させ、前記圧電素子の伸縮動作に応じて前記駆動軸を往復運動させて、前記駆動軸に摩擦係合させた被駆動部材を移動させる駆動装置であって、
前記圧電素子の伸縮動作開始から所定時間までの期間は、前記期間後の前記被駆動部材の移動時に出力する前記第1駆動信号に比べて、前記被駆動部材に加わる推力が大きく前記被駆動部材の移動速度が遅い第2駆動信号を前記圧電素子に出力する駆動信号制御手段を備える駆動装置。 - 前記駆動信号制御手段は、前記駆動信号としてパルス信号を用い、前記期間に出力するパルス信号のパルス間隔を、前記期間後の被駆動部材の移動時に出力するパルス信号のパルス間隔とは異なるパルス間隔とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記駆動信号制御手段は、前記期間に出力するパルス信号のパルス間隔を、前記期間後の被駆動部材の移動時に出力するパルス信号のパルス間隔よりも大きくすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記駆動信号制御手段は、駆動信号の駆動周波数を前記アクチュエータの共振周波数より小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記駆動信号制御手段は、連続するパルス信号を前記圧電素子の両端にそれぞれ出力して前記圧電素子を伸縮させ、一方の端に出力するパルス信号の立ち下がりと他方の端に出力するパルス信号の立ち上がりによって規定されるタイムラグ、及び各パルス信号の幅を変更せずに、一方あるいは双方のパルス信号のパルス間隔を変更することを特徴とする請求項2〜4の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の駆動装置を備え、
前記駆動装置により光学部材を駆動させることを特徴とする光学装置。
