Abstract
【解決手段】ハウジング110、発光ダイオード(LED)の光源120、および電源ユニット130を有するLED照明装置100を提供する。ハウジング110は、光源収容空間112、電源収容空間114、および、外気に連通する第1熱的隔離チャネル116を有し、この第1熱的隔離チャネル116は、光源収容空間112と電源収容空間114との間に配設する。LED光源120を光源収容空間112に配置し、電源ユニット130を電源収容空間114に配置する。断熱チャネルは、LED光源120と電源ユニット130との間における熱的干渉を回避することができる。

Description
図1Aは、本発明の第1実施形態によるLED照明装置の線図的斜視図である。図1Bは、図1Aに示すLED照明装置の線図的断面図である。図1Aおよび図1Bににつき説明すると、LED照明装置100には、ハウジング110、LED光源120、および電源ユニット130を設ける。ハウジング110には、光源収容空間112、電源収容空間114、および外気に連通する第1熱的隔離チャネル116を設け、この第1熱的隔離チャネル116は光源収容空間112と電源収容空間114との間に配設する。LED光源120および電源ユニット130は、それぞれ、光源収容空間112および電源収容空間114に配置する。
図2は、本発明の第2実施形態によるLED照明装置の線図的断面図である。図2につき説明すると、この実施形態におけるLED照明装置100bは、第1実施形態における照明装置と類似し、ハウジング110、LED光源120、および電源ユニット130を有する。この実施形態において、ハウジング110は、街灯カバー140bであり、上側ランプカバー142b、底部ランプカバー146b、および光透過部分148bを有する。
図3は、本発明の第3実施形態によるLED照明装置の線図的断面図である。図3ににつき説明すると、この実施形態における照明装置100cは、第2実施形態におけるLED照明装置100bと類似する。これら装置間の主な違いは、この実施形態における街灯カバー140bに、さらに、電源ユニット130の上方に配置した遮蔽板Sを設けた点にある。この遮蔽板Sは上側ランプカバー142bに連結し、遮蔽板Sと上側ランプカバー142bとの間に第2熱的隔離チャネル116′を形成する。

Claims (14)
- 発光ダイオード(LED)照明装置において、
光源収容空間、電源収容空間、および、外気に連通する第1熱的隔離チャネルを設けたハウジングであって、前記第1熱的隔離チャネルを、前記光源収容空間と電源収容空間との間に配設した該ハウジングと、
前記光源収容空間に配置したLED光源と、
前記電源収容空間に配置した電源ユニットと、
を備えたLED照明装置。 - 請求項1記載のLED照明装置において、前記ハウジングには電球ケースを設けたLED照明装置。
- 請求項2記載のLED照明装置において、前記電球ケースは、
前記電源ユニットを収容するための前記電源空間を画定する上側ハウジングと、
前記上側ハウジングの一方の端部に連結し、前記電源ユニットと電気的に接続する電極部分と、
前記上側ハウジングの他方の端部に連結した端部を設け、前記第1熱的隔離チャネルを画定する底部ハウジングと、
前記底部ハウジングの前記他方の端部に連結した光透過部分であって、前記底部ハウジングおよび前記光透過性部分の双方で前記LED光源を収容する前記光源収容空間を画定する、該光透過性部分と、
を有する構成としたLED照明装置。 - 請求項3記載のLED照明装置において、前記上側ハウジングを断熱ハウジングとしたLED照明装置。
- 請求項3記載のLED照明装置において、前記底部ハウジングを熱伝導ハウジングとしたLED照明装置。
- 請求項3記載のLED照明装置において、前記底部ハウジングに複数のヒートシンクを設けたLED照明装置。
- 請求項3記載のLED照明装置において、前記光透過部分を、つや消しの光透過部分、または透明な光透過部分としたLED照明装置。
- 請求項1記載のLED照明装置において、前記ハウジングを街灯カバーとしたLED照明装置。
- 請求項8記載のLED照明装置において、前記街灯カバーは、
前記電源ユニットを収容するための前記電源収容空間を規定し、複数の通気孔を有する上側ランプカバーと、
前記上側ランプカバーの前記他方の端部と連結した端部を備えた底部ランプカバーであって、前記第1的隔離チャネルは、前記上側ランプカバーと前記底部ランプカバーとの間に配置し、前記通気孔は前記第1熱的隔離チャネルと通じるものとした該底部ランプカバーと、
前記底部ランプカバーの前記他方の端部と連結した光透過部分であって、前記底部ランプカバーおよび前記光透過性部分の双方で前記LED光源を収容する前記光源収容空間を画定する、該光透過部分と、
を有する構成としたLED照明装置。 - 請求項9記載のLED照明装置において、さらに前記街灯カバーに前記上側ランプカバーと連結した遮蔽板を設け、該遮蔽板を前記電源ユニットの上方に配置したLED照明装置。
- 請求項10記載のLED照明装置において、さらに前記街灯カバーに第2熱的隔離チャネルを設け、前記第2熱的隔離チャネルを前記遮蔽板と前記上側ランプカバーとの間に配置したLED照明装置。
- 請求項1記載のLED照明装置において、前記LED光源は、
回路基板と、
前記回路基板上に配置し、前記回路基板と電気的に接続した複数のLEDチップと、
を有する構成としたLED照明装置。 - 請求項1記載のLED照明装置において、さらに、前記第1熱的隔離チャネルを通過し、前記電源ユニットおよび前記LED光源と電気的に接続する接続ワイヤを設けたLED照明装置。
- 請求項1記載のLED照明装置において、さらに、該熱的隔離素材を前記光源収容空間と前記電源収容空間との間の前記第1熱的隔離チャネルに充填した熱的隔離材料を備え、前記電源ユニットおよび前記LED光源の放熱システム間の干渉を防止する、LED照明装置。
