Abstract
Description
図1にはLEDランプ10の例示的な実施形態が示されている。このランプ10は、一体型ないしはワンピース型のセラミック製ベース支持体6からなり、このベース支持体6は同時に、所要の電気/電子回路7を含めた複数のLED3のソケットないしベース1と支持体本体2である。支持体本体2の表面は、支持面2aを形成し、この支持面2a上に複数のLEDが配置されている。セラミック製ベース支持体6(例えば、酸化アルミニウム又は窒化アルミニウムからなる)は、伝統的なソケット9(電球ソケット、図3参照)、例えばE27型ソケットや、プラグインソケットないしプラグ4(図2又は図4参照)、例えばGU10型プラグを有している。ここからは、上方に向かって電気的な接続ワイヤ8の引き込みがLED3の所まで行われる。このベース支持体6は、ベース1とその上に配置される、支持体本体2と共に二分割に構成してもよい。この支持体本体2はその上に複数のLED3と場合によっては回路7が配置される支持面2aを有している。
Claims (10)
- 発光手段としての少なくとも1つのLED(3)と、
セラミック製ベース(1)と、
前記ベース(1)上に配置され、前記LED(3)を収容するための支持面(2a)を有するセラミック製支持体本体(2)と、
光透過性のランプシェード(5)とを備え、
前記ランプシェード(5)は、前記支持体本体(2)上に固定されて前記支持面(2a)上に被着され、前記支持面(2a)上には、前記LED(3)の半田付けのために、及び場合によって関連する回路(7)の被着のために、回路基板を形成する焼結された金属化領域が設けられている、LEDランプ(10)において、
前記ランプシェード(5)が、キューポラ状、ドーム状、又はボンネット状に形成され、さらにガラス又はプラスチックから形成されていることを特徴とするLEDランプ(10)。 - 前記ランプシェード(5)の、前記支持体本体(2)に隣接する領域(5c)は円筒状に形成され、当該円筒状領域は球状カバー(5a)へ一体的に移行している、請求項1記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記ランプシェード(5)の内面(5b)は、前記LED(3)の放射光の色を変化させる光活性層を備えている、請求項1または2記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記支持体本体(2)の支持面(2a)は、凸状又は凹状に形成されている、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記ベース(1)と前記支持体本体(2)は、一体的に構成されている、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記ベース(1)と前記支持体本体(2)は、2つの部分で構成されており、前記支持体本体(2)は、前記ベース(1)のセラミックと同等以上の熱伝導率を有するセラミックから形成され、かつ前記支持体本体(2)は前記ベース(1)と熱伝導的に接続されている、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記支持体本体(2)は、高い熱伝導性を備えた窒化アルミニウムAlNからなっている。請求項1から6いずれか1項記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記ベース(1)は、酸化アルミニウムまたは窒化アルミニウムからなる、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のLEDランプ。
- 電気的な接続ワイヤ(8)が前記ベース(1)内の中空空間を通って前記支持体本体(2)まで案内され、前記支持体本体(2)において、回路基板を形成している前記焼結された金属化領域と電気的に接続されているか又は前記LED(3)に直接接続されている、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載のLEDランプ。
- 前記ベース(1)の下方端面側にE27型のようなソケット(9)か又はGU10型のようなプラグ(4)が配置されている、請求項1から9いずれか1項記載のLEDランプ。
