Abstract
【解決手段】第二の電線26及び第三の電線27間が導通状態における分圧電圧に基づく電圧比と基準抵抗との積で求められる抵抗値から、非導通状態における分圧電圧に基づく電圧比と基準抵抗との積で求められる抵抗値を減算して線間抵抗24を求める。線間抵抗24が得られることにより、温度に係る補償された抵抗値を求めることができるようになる。

Claims (2)
- 流量計における第一及び第二の計測位置に設けられるとともに各一端同士を接続することにより直列な接続状態となる第一及び第二の抵抗型温度センサと、
線間抵抗を有し前記第一の抵抗型温度センサの他端に接続される第一の電線と、
電源抵抗を介して前記第一の電線に接続される電圧基準と、
線間抵抗を有し前記第一及び第二の抵抗型温度センサの各一端に接続される第二の電線と、
線間抵抗を有し前記第二の抵抗型温度センサの他端に接続される第三の電線と、
該第三の電線に一端が接続され他端側が接地される基準抵抗と、
前記第二の電線及び前記第三の電線に跨って接続されこれらを導通状態又は非導通状態にするスイッチングデバイスと、
前記第一の電線、前記第二の電線、前記第三の電線、及び前記基準抵抗の接地側のうち、いずれか一つを選択するマルチプレクサと、
該マルチプレクサにより選択された各分圧電圧をA/D変換するA/Dコンバータと、
前記スイッチングデバイスを制御するとともに前記A/Dコンバータからの信号が入力される演算・制御装置と、
を備え、
該演算・制御装置は、前記第二の電線及び前記第三の電線間が導通状態における前記分圧電圧に基づく電圧比と前記基準抵抗との積で求められる抵抗値から、非導通状態における前記分圧電圧に基づく電圧比と前記基準抵抗との積で求められる抵抗値を減算することにより前記線間抵抗を求める
ことを特徴とする流量計における温度計測回路。 - 請求項1に記載の流量計における温度計測回路において、
前記求めた線間抵抗を前記第二の抵抗型温度センサに係る双曲線近似式にて補正することにより補正後の線間抵抗を求める
ことを特徴とする流量計における温度計測回路。
