Claims (4)
- 저항값을 측정하기 위한 저항체의 양단에 병렬로 연결된 정전류원과;상기 정전류원의 출력단을 입력으로 하는 제1증폭기와;일측이 상기 정전류원의 출력단과 연결된 상기 저항체의 다른 일측을 입력으로 하는 제2증폭기를 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 저항 계측 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증폭기는 연산 증폭기인 것을 특징으로 하는 저항 계측 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정전류원과 저항체 사이를 연결하는 도선과 상기 저항체와 제2증폭기를 연결하는 도선이 갖는 도선 저항은 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 저항 계측 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저항 계측 장치는 세 개의 도선을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항 계측 장치.
