Abstract
【解決手段】ロータが半径方向所定位置にあることを確保する半径方向位置決め手段(40、42;240、242;340、342)と、高速時にロータ(10R、110R)の軸線方向バランスをとるための、少なくとも1つのブレード形ホイールに配置された非接触軸線方向バランシング装置(38)とを有する、ロータ(10R、110R)およびステータ(10S)が設けられたターボマシン(10、210、310)。ターボマシンは、半径方向位置決め手段(40、42;140、142)とは別のスラストベアリング(36、136)を有し、スラストベアリングは、低速時にロータを軸線方向にバランスさせ、高速時には非接触でロータを軸線方向にバランスさせる。

Claims (11)
- ロータ(10R、110R)およびステータ(10S)が設けられたターボマシン(10、210、310)であって、
流体流れ部分(20)を有し、前記流体流れ部分は、これを通る流体とロータ(10R、110R)との間でのエネルギー交換を可能にし、ロータは、そのシャフトに装着された少なくとも1つのブレード形ホイール(22)を備え、
電気を仕事にまたは仕事を電気に変換するのに適した電気的部分(50、250、350)と、
ロータを半径方向に位置決めすべく機能する半径方向位置決め手段(40、42;240、242;340、342)と、
高速でのロータ(10R、110R)の軸線方向バランスをとるための、ブレード形ホイールに配置された非接触軸線方向バランシング装置(38)とを更に有するターボマシンにおいて、
半径方向位置決め手段(40、42;140、142)とは別のスラストベアリング(36、136)を更に有し、スラストベアリングは低速ではロータの軸線方向バランスをとりかつ高速では非接触であり、
半径方向位置決め手段は単に静圧ベアリングにより構成され、ターボマシンは、前記ベアリングを加圧流体源に連結するのに適した静圧ベアリングフィード回路(44、46、48)を有していることを特徴とするターボマシン。 - 前記スラストベアリング(36、136)は、ロータの軸線(A)に対して10°より大きい角度を形成する支持面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のターボマシン。
- 前記スラストベアリング(136)は静圧ベアリングであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のターボマシン。
- 前記スラストベアリング(36)はボールベアリングであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のターボマシン。
- 前記ボールベアリングは、実質的に円筒状である半径方向内側面を備えた内輪(58)を有し、前記内側面とロータの外側面との間にはクリアランス(56)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のターボマシン。
- 前記静圧ベアリングフィード(240、242;340、342)の上流側に設けられたフィルタ(219、319)を更に有していることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のターボマシン。
- 前記流体流れ部分はポンプ(320)を有し、電気的部分は電気モータ(350)であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載のターボマシン(310)。
- 前記流体流れ部分はタービン(220)であり、電気的部分は発電機(250)であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載のターボマシン(210)。
- 高速時には、前記軸線方向バランシング装置は、ロータ(10R、110R)を軸線方向の所定位置に保持することを目的として、ブレード形ホイール(単一または複数)を通って流れる流体のみを使用することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載のターボマシン。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載された特徴を有する、LNG、LPGまたは冷媒ミックス流体用ターボマシン。
- 加圧流体源に連結するのに適した、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のターボマシンおよびターボマシンの静圧ベアリング(340、342)へのフィードを選択する手段(311、321、315、345)の両方を有するターボマシン装置において、前記フィードは、前記加圧流体源またはターボマシンのメイン流体回路(325、335)のいずれかであることを特徴とするターボマシン装置。
