Abstract
【解決手段】流体入口102と流体出口との間に連結され、上記入口から上記出口に流体を圧送するためのソレノイドポンプ106と、ソレノイドポンプ106用のコントローラ108とを備え、上記ポンプが、ばね付勢位置とばね解放端位置との間で軸方向に変位可能なばね付勢リニアポンピング部材を備え、上記コントローラが、上記ばね解放端位置と上記ばね付勢位置との間の中間位置に上記ポンピング部材を付勢するように構成される、飲料分与装置100を開示する。したがってソレノイドポンプ106は騒音特性を改善し、また依然として交流電流の実質的に各周期に付勢しながら流体の流速を制御するために使用することができる。

Claims (15)
- 流体入口(102)と流体出口(104)との間に連結され、前記入口から前記出口に流体を圧送するソレノイドポンプ(106)であって、ばね付勢位置(240)とばね解放端位置(230)との間で軸方向に変位可能であるばね付勢リニアポンピング部材(206)を備える前記ソレノイドポンプ(106)と、
前記ポンピング部材(206)が前記ばね解放端位置(230)と前記ばね付勢位置(240)との間の中間位置(235)に付勢されるように、電流波形に応答して、制御信号(122)から電流波形の一部を除外することによって前記電流波形から前記ポンピング部材(206)を制御するための制御信号(122)を発生するよう構成された、前記ソレノイドポンプ(106)用のコントローラ(108)と、
を備える飲料分与装置(100)。 - 前記コントローラ(108)が交流電流に応答し、前記交流電流の実質的に各周期に前記ソレノイドポンプ(106)に前記制御信号(122)を提供するように構成された、請求項1に記載の飲料分与装置(100)。
- 前記コントローラ(108)が、流体流速指示信号(124)に応答して前記制御信号(122)のエネルギの量を設定するように構成された、請求項2に記載の飲料分与装置(100)。
- 前記制御信号(122)が位相角正弦波信号であり、エネルギの量が位相角(θ)によって定まる、請求項3に記載の飲料分与装置(100)。
- 前記位相角正弦波信号が前記交流電流の整流された半周期の位相角部分である、請求項4に記載の飲料分与装置(100)。
- 流体流速指示信号(124)を生成するための流量計(110)をさらに備え、
前記コントローラ(108)が、前記流体流速指示信号(124)と要求される流体流速との間の相違に基づいて前記制御信号(122)を調整するように構成された、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の飲料分与装置(100)。 - 前記流量計(110)がパドルホイールを備える、請求項6に記載の飲料分与装置(100)。
- 前記要求される流体流速が使用者により定められる、請求項6または7に記載の飲料分与装置(100)。
- 前記流体入口(102)と前記流体出口(104)との間に流体温度調整ステージ(112)をさらに備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の飲料分与装置(100)。
- 前記流体温度調整ステージ(112)が加熱ステージを含み、当該飲料分与装置(100)が、前記加熱ステージと前記流体出口(104)との間に飲料抽出製品を受容するためのホルダ(118)をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の飲料分与装置(100)。
- 信号プロセッサ(120)をさらに備え、
前記コントローラ(108)が前記信号プロセッサのソフトウェアに実現される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の飲料分与装置(100)。 - 飲料分与装置(100)の流体入口(102)から流体出口(104)に流体を圧送するためのソレノイドポンプ(106)であって、ばね付勢位置(240)とばね解放端位置(230)との間に軸方向に変位可能なばね荷重リニアポンピング部材(206)を備える前記ソレノイドポンプ(106)を制御する方法において、
制御信号(122)から電流波形の一部を除外することによって、電流波形から前記ポンピング部材(206)を制御するための制御信号(122)を生成するステップと、
前記ポンピング部材(206)に前記制御信号(122)を提供し、それによって前記ばね解放端位置(230)と前記ばね付勢位置(240)との間の中間位置(235)に前記ポンピング部材(206)を付勢するステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記制御信号(122)を提供するステップが、交流電流の実質的に各周期に前記ソレノイドポンプ(106)に前記制御信号(122)を提供する工程を備える、請求項12に記載の方法。
