Description
近位端および遠位端を有するホルダと、

上記ホルダ内に移動可能に配置され、上記電極シースキャリアを取り付ける遠位端と、上記形状付与要素キャリアに近接して終端する近位端とを有するスライドと、
を含むカテーテルハンドルアセンブリが提供される。
近位端部分と遠位端部分とを画成するためにその長さに沿って不連続部を有するルーメン画成部材と、
上記ルーメン画成部材の外面上に支持されるとともに、上記遠位端部分によって画成されるルーメンの部分にアクセスできるようにするために上記不連続部で上記ルーメン画成部材から分離され、上記不連続部を電気的にブリッジする複数の導体と、
上記ルーメン画成部材の上記遠位端部分上に支持される少なくとも1つの電極と、

Claims (17)
- 近位端および遠位端を有するホルダと、
前記ホルダの遠位端に配置される電極シースキャリアと、
前記ホルダの近位端に取り外し可能に取り付けられ、形状付与要素の少なくとも一部を取り付けるための少なくとも1つの取付体を有する形状付与要素キャリアと、
前記ホルダ内に移動可能に配置され、前記電極シースキャリアを取り付ける遠位端と、前記形状付与要素キャリアに近接して終端する近位端とを有するスライドと、
を含むカテーテルハンドルアセンブリ。 - 前記ホルダがその近位端からその遠位端へ向けて内側にテーパが付けられている請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- ユーザに手がかりを与えるために前記ホルダ上に当接部が配置される請求項1または2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記形状付与要素キャリアが、操作要素と、該操作要素の端部内にスライド可能に受けられ且つ前記形状付与要素の更なる部分を受けるための受け部材とを備える請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記操作要素および前記受け部材が、前記ホルダおよび前記スライドのそれぞれの相補的な受け体内で受けることができる位置決め体を含む請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記スライドが、その受け体に近接して配置されるガイド構造を含み、前記ガイド構造が前記形状付与要素を前記スライドの近位端へと案内する請求項5に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記スライドが、前記ガイド構造から遠位端側へ延びるガイド部材を支持する本体部材を含む請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記電極シースキャリアから近位端側へ副ガイド部材が延び、該副ガイド部材が、前記スライドのガイド部材と協働して、前記ホルダ内の前記形状付与要素を案内して支持する請求項7に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記本体部材の遠位端部分が、管状であるとともに、前記ホルダの遠位端から突出し、前記電極シースキャリアが前記管状部分の遠位端部上にスライド可能に受けられる請求項7または8に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記管状部分が前記ホルダの遠位端内に配置される近位端部を含み、該近位端部がマウントによって遠位端部から分けられ、前記マウントによってスライド制御部材が支持される請求項9に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記管状部分の近位端部および遠位端部がそれぞれ、前記スライドと前記ホルダとの間の摩擦および前記スライドと前記電極シースキャリアとの間の摩擦をそれぞれ増大させるための摩擦誘導部品を支持する請求項10に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記電極シースキャリアが、該電極シースキャリアへの前記形状付与要素の挿通を容易にするアダプタを支持する請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記電極シースキャリアが、前記ホルダ内への流体の逆流を妨げるための閉塞要素を支持するアダプタを含む請求項12に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記操作要素が、前記ホルダから軸方向に突出する略パドル形状ハンドルを有する請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ホルダの近位端および操作要素が、一束の導電体のうちの少なくとも1つ、および管路が通過できるアクセス開口を画成する請求項14に記載のアセンブリ。
- 近位端部分と遠位端部分とを形成するためにその長さに沿って不連続部を有するルーメン画成部材と、
前記ルーメン画成部材の外面上に支持されるとともに、前記遠位端部分によって画成されるルーメンの部分にアクセスできるようにするために前記不連続部で前記ルーメン画成部材から分離され、前記不連続部を電気的にブリッジする複数の導体と、

を含む電気リード。 - 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルハンドルアセンブリと共に使用するようになっており、前記遠位端部分の近位端が前記電極シースキャリアの遠位端に対して固定され、前記電極シースキャリアが、前記ルーメン画成部材の近位端部および一束の導体が前記ホルダ内の内側で延びて前記ホルダの近位端を通じて抜け出るために通過できる通路を画成する請求項16に記載の電気リード。
