漂白済パルプからハンドシートが製造され、その後実験において使用され、その場合に還元剤はドラム乾燥の前またはドラム乾燥の後で(プレスの前または後で)湿潤シート上に適用された(ドラム乾燥中の温度:100°C)。第3の選択肢は、分割供給適用であった。ドラム乾燥器に、一回又はそれ以上の表面サイズ剤適用をした。

1.標準的手順に従い8×8インチのハンドシートを準備する。目標乾燥重量は2.5gである。湿潤したハンドシートをドラム乾燥器に1サイクルかける。
2.シートの1/8の細片を切断する(0.31g)。
3.50mlの試験管内に、所定のピックアップ割合および目標添加量に基づき、(必要であれば)事前蒸解された澱粉および還元剤組成物溶液の溶液を調製する。
4.紙材細片を上記溶液に10秒浸漬し、35秒滴下させてからそれをプレスにかける。
5.試験シートをドラム乾燥し、室温で平衡化させる。
6.白色度及び黄色度を測定する。
各化学物質を直接的にパルプ(希薄原料又は濃い原料)に添加し、密閉袋内でパルプと混合した。OBA増進のためのパルプ適用手順において、各化学物質を20%稠度における漂白クラフトパルプに直接添加し、密封袋内でパルプと混合し、45−80°Cで30分維持した。パルプを5%稠度まで希釈し、OBAを添加し、パルプと混合し、スラリを50°Cで20分維持した。次に、上記スラリをさらに希釈し、標準的手順に従ってハンドシートを調製した。
Claims (24)
- 高い白色度と向上した熱黄変耐性を有する漂白パルプ材料を作成する方法であって、
i)漂白パルプ材料を提供するステップと、
ii)前記漂白パルプ材料を、有機ペルオキソ酸以外の有効量の1またはそれ以上の酸化剤に接触させるステップとを具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1の方法がさらに、前記漂白パルプ材料を、1またはそれ以上の蛍光増白剤、1またはそれ以上のキレート剤、1またはそれ以上の還元剤、またはこれらの組み合わせに接触させるステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、前記漂白パルプ材料は、バージンパルプ、再生パルプ、クラフト、亜硫酸パルプ、メカニカルパルプ、これらのパルプの組み合わせ、再生紙、薄紙、および、前記パルプまたはその組み合わせから生成されるすべての紙材または紙製品からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、前記酸化剤は、1またはそれ以上の活性剤と組み合わせて適用されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、前記酸化剤は、過酸化水素、無機過酸化物、超酸化物および過酸化物−超酸化物、無機ペルオキソ酸およびその塩、ペルオキシ水化物、水溶性有機過酸化物、ニトロソジスルホン酸、次亜塩素酸塩、次亜臭素酸塩、亜塩素酸塩、塩素酸塩、臭素酸塩、過塩素酸塩、二酸化塩素、クロロアミン、クロロアミド、クロロスルホンアミド、ブロモアミン、ブロモアミド、ブロモスルホンアミド、クロロスルホン酸、ブロモスルホン酸、および塩素からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、前記酸化剤は、過酸化水素、活性過酸化水素、次亜塩素酸塩、次亜臭素酸塩、クロロアミン、クロロアミド、クロロスルホンアミド、ブロモアミン、ブロモアミド、ブロモスルホンアミド、クロロスルホン酸、およびブロモスルホン酸からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする方法。

- 請求項2の方法において、前記キレート剤は、ジエチレン−トリアミン−ペンタメチレンホスホン酸(DTMPA)およびその塩、ジエチレントリアミン五酢酸(DTPA)およびその塩、エチレンジアミン四酢酸(EDTA)およびその塩からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、前記酸化剤は、希釈製紙原料または濃化製紙原料中の漂白パルプ材料に適用されることを特徴とする方法。
- 高い白色度と向上した熱黄変耐性を有する漂白パルプ材料を作成する方法であって、
i)漂白パルプ材料を作成するステップと、
ii)前記漂白パルプを含む水性製紙材料懸濁液を形成するステップと、
iii)前記製紙材料懸濁液を排出してシートを形成するステップと、
iv)前記シートを乾燥させるステップとを含み、
a)前記漂白パルプまたは製紙材料懸濁液に、有機ペルオキソ酸以外の、有効量の1またはそれ以上の酸化剤が添加されるか、

- 請求項13の方法において、前記蛍光増白剤は、二スルホン酸化、四スルホン酸化、または六スルホン酸化されたスチルベン誘導体から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項13の方法において、前記キレート剤は、ジエチレン−トリアミン−ペンタメチレンホスホン酸(DTMPA)およびその塩、ジエチレントリアミン五酢酸(DTPA)およびその塩、エチレンジアミン四酢酸(EDTA)およびその塩からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項13の方法において、前記還元剤は、置換ホスフィン、亜硫酸塩、重亜硫酸塩、およびメタ重亜硫酸塩からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12の方法において、前記酸化剤は、過酸化水素、有機ペルオキソ酸、無機過酸化物、超酸化物および過酸化物−超酸化物、無機ペルオキソ酸およびその塩、ペルオキシ水化物、水溶性有機過酸化物、ニトロソジスルホン酸、次亜塩素酸塩、次亜臭素酸塩、亜塩素酸塩、塩素酸塩、臭素酸塩、過塩素酸塩、二酸化塩素、クロロアミン、クロロアミド、クロロスルホンアミド、ブロモアミン、ブロモアミド、ブロモスルホンアミド、クロロスルホン酸、ブロモスルホン酸、および塩素からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12の方法において、前記酸化剤は、過酸化水素、活性過酸化水素、過酢酸、次亜塩素酸塩、次亜臭素酸塩、クロロアミン、クロロアミド、クロロスルホンアミド、ブロモアミン、ブロモアミド、ブロモスルホンアミド、クロロスルホン酸、およびブロモスルホン酸からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12の方法において、前記酸化剤は、湿潤シート上に添加されるか、サイズプレス内の漂白パルプ材料に添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項20の方法において、前記酸化剤は過酢酸であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項21の方法がさらに、前記サイズプレス内の漂白パルプ材料に1またはそれ以上の蛍光増白剤を添加するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 高い白色度と向上した熱黄変耐性を有する漂白パルプ材料を作成する方法であって、
i)漂白パルプ材料を作成するステップと、
ii)前記漂白パルプを含む水性濃化製紙材料懸濁液を形成するステップと、
iii)有効量の1またはそれ以上の酸化剤および1またはそれ以上の蛍光増白剤を前記濃化製紙材料に添加するステップと、
iv)前記水性濃化製紙材料懸濁液を希釈して希釈製紙材料懸濁液を形成するステップと、
v)前記希釈製紙材料懸濁液を出してシートを形成するステップと、
vi)前記シートを乾燥させるステップとを具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項23の方法において、前記酸化剤が過酢酸であることを特徴とする方法。
