Description
市販の漂白クラフト紙シートを実験で使用した。この場合、還元剤を表面サイジングにより適用し、続いて、ドラム乾燥させた(ドラム乾燥中の温度:100℃)。試験された薬剤または組成物溶液の投入量は、パルプサンプルの乾燥重量に基づいて決定した。薬剤または組成物溶液は、サイズ剤溶液中での浸漬により適用した。試験シートは、実験室ドラム乾燥機を用いて均一条件下で乾燥させた(1回)。
試験機器は下記の通りとした:
実験室ドラム乾燥機、
「エルレフォ(Elrepho)3000」または「テクノダインカラータッチ(Technodyne Color Touch)2(Model ISO)」またはブライトネス測定のための別の機器、
マイクロピペット、
表面サイズ剤適用キット(パッド、サイズ剤、3本の適用ロッド)、
恒湿室(23℃、50%湿度)、
紙サンプルを有するフローティングプラスチックボックスを収容する水浴/サーモスタット、ならびに
浸漬方法のための100mL適用キュベット。
乾燥表面適用手順(表面サイズ剤、浸漬方法):
1.恒湿室で紙シートを調整する。標的乾燥重量は2.5gである。
2.シートの1/8ストリップを切断する(0.31g)。
3.50ml試験管内で、所定のピックアップ割合および標的添加量に基づき、事前蒸解されたデンプン(必要なら)および還元剤化合物溶液の溶液を調製する。
4.紙ストリップを溶液中に10秒浸漬し、取り出し、35秒滴下させ、それから、それをプレスにかける。
5.試験シートをドラム乾燥し、室温で平衡化させる。
6.ブライトネスおよび黄色度を測定する。
これらの実験を、(a)還元成分の相乗作用のメカニズムを明確にする、および(b)その結果を漂白領域に拡大する可能性を探る目的で実施した。化学物質を直接、パルプにシリンジにより隔壁を介して窒素下で添加し、ガラスフラスコ内のパルプ(5%稠度)と混合した。フラスコを70℃で1時間維持した。スラリーをさらに希釈し、標準的手順に従ってハンドシートを調製した。
Claims (14)
- 増強されたブライトネスおよび増強された熱黄変耐性を有する漂白パルプ材料を調製するための方法であって:
i)漂白パルプ材料を提供する工程、ならびに
ii)前記漂白パルプ材料を、水素化ホウ素ナトリウム、1つ以上の光学的増白剤を含み、オーブン乾燥されたパルプに基づいて0.005質量%〜2質量%の調合物であって、水素化ホウ素ナトリウムの量が前記調合物の1質量%〜10質量%である調合物と接触させる工程
を含み、
前記一つ以上の光学的増白剤は、ジスルホン酸化スチルベン、ジスルホン酸化スチルベン誘導体、テトラスルホン酸化スチルベン、テトラスルホン酸化スチルベン誘導体、ヘキサスルホン酸化スチルベン、およびヘキサスルホン酸化スチルベン誘導体からなる群より選択される、方法。 - 前記漂白パルプ材料は、未使用パルプ、再生パルプ、クラフトパルプ、亜硫酸パルプ、機械パルプ、再生紙、ティッシュペーパー、紙、紙製品、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記調合物は、亜硫酸塩、亜硫酸水素塩、メタ重亜硫酸塩(ピロ亜硫酸塩)、スルホキシル酸塩、チオ硫酸塩、亜ジチオン酸塩(ハイドロサルファイト)、ポリチオン酸塩、ホルムアミジンスルフィン酸、ホルムアミジンスルフィン酸塩、およびホルムアミジンスルフィン酸誘導体からなる群より選択されるメンバーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記調合物は、亜硫酸水素ナトリウムをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記調合物は1つ以上のキレート剤を含み、前記1つ以上のキレート剤は、有機ホスホネート、有機ホスホネートの塩、ホスフェート、ホスフェートの塩、カルボン酸、カルボン酸の塩、ジチオカルバメート、ジチオカルバメートの塩、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上のキレート剤は、ジエチレン−トリアミン−ペンタメチレンホスホン酸(DTMPA)およびその塩、ジエチレン−トリアミン−ペンタメチレンホスホン酸(DTMPA)の塩、ジエチレントリアミン五酢酸(DTPA)、ジエチレントリアミン五酢酸(DTPA)の塩、エチレンジアミン四酢酸(EDTA)、エチレンジアミン四酢酸(EDTA)の塩、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記漂白パルプ材料を1つ以上のポリカルボキシレート類と接触させる工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上のポリカルボキシレート類は、部分的に中和されたポリアクリル酸を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤の混合物および前記1つ以上の光学的増白剤は、表面サイズ溶液と混合され、前記漂白パルプ材料にサイズプレスにおいて適用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤の混合物および前記1つ以上の光学的増白剤を含む前記表面サイズ溶液のpHは6から11の間の範囲である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 貯蔵中の漂白パルプ材料のブライトネス損失および黄変を防止する方法であって、有効量の水素化ホウ素ナトリウムを含む還元剤の混合物を前記漂白パルプ材料に添加する工程と、1つ以上のキレート剤、1つ以上のポリカルボキシレート類、またはそれらの組み合わせを前記漂白パルプ材料に添加する工程と、1つ以上の光学的増白剤を前記漂白パルプ材料に添加する工程と、を含み、前記還元剤の混合物に含まれる前記水素化ホウ素ナトリウムの量は、前記還元剤の混合物の1質量%〜10質量%であり、前記一つ以上の光学的増白剤は、ジスルホン酸化スチルベン、ジスルホン酸化スチルベン誘導体、テトラスルホン酸化スチルベン、テトラスルホン酸化スチルベン誘導体、ヘキサスルホン酸化スチルベン、およびヘキサスルホン酸化スチルベン誘導体からなる群より選択され、任意で前記還元剤の混合物および任意的な1つ以上のキレート剤、および任意的な1つ以上のポリカルボキシレート類は前記漂白パルプに、漂白段階後に、貯蔵、ブレンディング、または移動チェストにおいて添加される、方法。
- 還元剤の混合物を含む組成物であって、前記還元剤の混合物は水素化ホウ素ナトリウムおよび任意で亜硫酸塩および/または亜硫酸水素塩を含み、前記組成物は1つ以上の光学的増白剤をさらに含み、前記組成物は、1つ以上のキレート剤、1つ以上のポリカルボキシレート類、または前記1つ以上のキレート剤および前記1つ以上のポリカルボキシレート類の任意の組み合わせをさらに含み、
前記還元剤の混合物に含まれる前記水素化ホウ素ナトリウムの量は前記混合物の1質量%〜10質量%であり、
前記一つ以上の光学的増白剤は、ジスルホン酸化スチルベン、ジスルホン酸化スチルベン誘導体、テトラスルホン酸化スチルベン、テトラスルホン酸化スチルベン誘導体、ヘキサスルホン酸化スチルベン、およびヘキサスルホン酸化スチルベン誘導体からなる群より選択される、組成物。 - 前記還元剤の混合物は、亜硫酸塩、亜硫酸水素塩、メタ重亜硫酸塩(ピロ亜硫酸塩)、スルホキシル酸塩、チオ硫酸塩、亜ジチオン酸塩(ハイドロサルファイト)、ポリチオン酸塩、ホルムアミジンスルフィン酸、ホルムアミジンスルフィン酸塩、ホルムアミジンスルフィン酸誘導体、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群より選択されるメンバーをさらに含み、さらに、前記水素化ホウ素は、アルカリ土類金属水素化ホウ素類からなる群より選択されるメンバーを含み、さらに、前記1つ以上のキレート剤は、有機ホスホネート、有機ホスホネートの塩、ホスフェート、ホスフェートの塩、カルボン酸、カルボン酸の塩、ジチオカルバメート、ジチオカルバメートの塩、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群より選択され、さらに、前記1つ以上の光学的増白剤はジスルホン酸化スチルベン、ジスルホン酸化スチルベン誘導体、テトラスルホン酸化スチルベン、テトラスルホン酸化スチルベン誘導体、ヘキサスルホン酸化スチルベン、およびヘキサスルホン酸化スチルベン誘導体からなる群より選択され、さらに、前記1つ以上のポリカルボキシレート類は部分的に中和されたポリアクリル酸を含む、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記調合物のpHは、9〜10の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
