Abstract
Description
メタクリル酸無水物の精製を、図1に記載の精留塔の下部で実施する。
アクリル酸無水物の精製を、実施例1で説明したように図1に記載の精留塔の同下部において実施した。塔底における圧力は35mbarであった。定常条件において温度プロフィールを164℃(塔底)〜54℃(分離区域2aの上端)に調整した。側方排出部(分離区域2aと2bとの間)でのアクリル酸無水物の搬出、ならびに塔底蒸発器の熱蒸発出力を、その都度の区域において温度制御しながら行った。
Claims (7)
- 高沸点の、不活性で熱に長時間安定性の物質の沸騰油としての使用下での重合可能な化合物の蒸留精製方法において、前記沸騰油が精留塔の塔底に存在することを特徴とする、高沸点の、不活性で熱に長時間安定性の物質の沸騰油としての使用下での重合可能な化合物の蒸留精製方法。
- 前記沸騰油の沸点が、1013mbarで150〜400℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記沸騰油の沸点が、1013mbarで200〜300℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 高沸点の、不活性で熱に長時間安定性の物質として、12〜20の炭素原子を有する比較的高級な鎖状の非分枝状パラフィン、芳香族化合物、例えばジフィル、アルキル置換されたフェノール、またはナフタリン化合物、スルホラン、またはこれらから成る混合物を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 高沸点の、不活性で熱に長時間安定性の物質として、2,6−ジ−t−ブチル−パラ−クレゾール、2,6−ジ−t−ブチル−フェノール、スルホラン、またはジフィル、またはこれらから成る混合物を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 高沸点の、不活性で熱に長時間安定性の物質として、スルホランを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 重合可能な化合物の蒸留精製のための、精留塔の塔底における沸騰油としての、高沸点の、不活性で熱に長時間安定性の物質の使用。
