Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、エネルギ貯蔵装置を有する駆動装置(1)及びブレーキエネルギを貯蔵する方法に関する。駆動装置(1)は、静油圧式ピストンエンジン(9)及びこれに連結する貯蔵要素(11)を有するエネルギ貯蔵装置を備え付ける。高圧力貯蔵導管(10)においては、ピストンエンジン(9)と貯蔵要素(11)の間に調節可能な絞り地点(15)が配置される。ブレーキの作動の間に、調節可能絞り地点(15)は、検出された要求されるブレーキトルクに従って調節される。圧力媒体が、静油圧式ピストンエンジン(9)から調節可能絞り地点(15)を経由して貯蔵要素(11)中に運搬される。

Claims (15)
- 静油圧式ピストンエンジン(9)及びこれに連結する貯蔵要素(11)を有するエネルギ貯蔵装置を備え付ける駆動装置であって、該ピストンエンジン(9)と該貯蔵要素(11)との間の高圧力貯蔵導管(10)中に調節可能絞り地点(15)が配置されることを特徴とする駆動装置。
- 前記静油圧式ピストンエンジン(9)の供給体積が調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- ブレーキ信号に従って前記絞り地点(15)が調節できることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の駆動装置。
- ブレーキ信号に従って前記静油圧式ピストンエンジン(9)が調節できることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記ブレーキ信号がブレーキペダル(20)にかかるブレーキペダル力またはブレーキペダル路に比例することを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記ブレーキペダル力またはブレーキペダル路が排油量が増加する方向に増加するときに、前記静油圧式ピストンエンジン(9)を調節することができることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の駆動装置。
- 排油量が最大になりそして前記ブレーキペダル力またはブレーキペダル路がさらに増加するとき、前記絞り地点(15)を絞るように調節できることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記貯蔵要素(11)中の圧力に従って前記絞り地点(15)を調節できることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の駆動装置。
- 前記貯蔵要素(11)中の圧力増加によるブレーキトルクの増加を前記調節可能絞り地点(15)の反対方向の調節によって補償することができることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の駆動装置。
- 高圧力貯蔵導管(10)によって貯蔵要素(11)に連結される静油圧式ピストンエンジン(9)と調節可能絞り地点(15)とを有する駆動装置による運動エネルギを貯蔵するための方法であって、
要求されるブレーキトルクを検出する工程、
該要求されるブレーキトルクに従って該調節可能絞り地点(15)を調節する工程、及び
該絞り地点(15)を経由して該貯蔵要素(11)へと圧力媒体を運搬する工程を含む方法。 - 前記要求されるブレーキトルクに従って前記静油圧式ピストンエンジン(9)が最初にその供給体積を調節されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記静油圧式ピストンエンジン(9)の排油量を前記要求されるブレーキトルクに比例する仕方で調節することを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 前記要求されるブレーキトルクが増加するとき前記静油圧式ピストンエンジン(9)をその排油量が最大となる方向に調節し、そして排油量が最大に達した後該要求されるブレーキトルクが更に増加するとき、前記調節可能絞り地点(15)を更に絞る方向へ調節することを特徴とする、請求項10から12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵要素(11)中の圧力が増加するにつれ前記調節可能絞り地点(15)の絞りを緩和する方向に調節することを特徴とする、請求項10から13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵要素(11)中の圧力が増加するときに前記絞り地点(15)の絞りを緩和する方向に調節することによって、該貯蔵要素(11)中の圧力増加によってもたらされるブレーキトルクの増加が正確に補償されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
