Claims (33)
- プロセス制御ループに結合され、工業用制御動作の診断又は工業用プロセスのシステムの監視に用いるための、フィールドに取り付け可能な専用のプロセス診断装置であって、
診断センサから、工業用プロセスの動作に関連する少なくとも一つのプロセス信号を受信するように構成された入力と、
少なくとも一つのプロセス信号を用いて、工業用プロセスに特化した診断アルゴリズムを実施するように構成された診断プログラム命令を格納するメモリと、
診断プログラム命令を実行し、少なくとも一つのプロセス信号に基づいて、工業用プロセスの動作を応答的に診断するように構成されたマイクロコントローラと、
を含む装置。 - 専用のプロセス診断装置が、2線式プロセス制御ループを経由して受けた電力によって完全に電力供給される、請求項1記載の装置。
- プロセス制御ループが、4−20mA電流ループを含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- プロセス制御ループが、HART(登録商標)通信規格に従って動作する、請求項1記載の装置。
- プロセス制御ループが、フィールドバス通信規格に従って動作する、請求項1記載の装置。
- 入力が、プロセス変数センサからの少なくとも一つの入力を受信するように構成される、請求項1記載の装置。
- プロセス信号が、2線式プロセス制御ループから受信される、請求項1記載の装置。

少なくとも一つのプロセス信号を用いて、工業用プロセスに特化した診断アルゴリズムを実施するように構成された診断プログラム命令を取り出すことと、
取り出されたプログラム命令と少なくとも一つのプログラム信号とに基づいて、工業用プロセスの動作を診断することと、
2線式プロセス制御ループから受けた電力によって、フィールドに取り付け可能な専用の診断装置に完全に電力供給することと、
を含む方法。 - 2線式プロセス制御ループが、4−20mA電流ループを含む、請求項21記載の方法。
- 2線式プロセス制御ループが、HART(登録商標)通信規格に従って動作する、請求項21記載の方法。

取り出されたプログラム命令と少なくとも一つのプログラム信号とに基づいて、工業用プロセスの動作を診断するための手段と、
2線式プロセス制御ループから受けた電力によって、フィールドに取り付け可能な専用の診断装置に完全に電力供給するための手段と、
