Claims (4)
- おおむね外レース(2)、内レース(3)及びこれらのレース(2、3)の間に配置され、保持器(4)により周方向に均等な相互間隔で保持された多数の球面ころ(5)からなり、球面ころ(5)が球基本形から対称に平面をとった、互いに平行に配置されたそれぞれ2つの側面(6、7)を有し、球面ころの接触面(8)が外レース(2)の内側(9)及び内レース(3)の外側(10)に凹設した2つの溝状の軌道(11、12)の中で転動し、軌道(11、12)がそれぞれ2つの軸方向リム(13、14及び15、16)によって画定され、球面ころ(5)の側面(6、7)の間の幅(bK)がレース(2、3)の軌道(11、12)の半径方向に相対する軸方向リム(13、15及び14、16)の間の間隔(aB)より小さく、従って球面ころ(5)を軸方向組立法でこの間隔(aB)を通ってラジアルころ軸受(1)に挿入することができるラジアルころ軸受、特に単列球面ころ軸受において、
一方では2つのレース(2、3)の軌道(11、12)を大きな深さ(tLA、tLI)及び幅(bLA、bLI)で形成し、他方では球面ころ(5)が20°の使用圧力角(α)に適応させた側面(6、7)の間の幅(bK)を有することにより、ラジアルころ軸受(1)が軸受縦軸(17)の両側で20°に至るまでの使用圧力角(α)で軸方向変荷重に適合する高い軸方向荷重容量を有することを特徴とするラジアルころ軸受。 - 外レース(2)の内側(9)及び内レース(3)の外側(10)の軌道(11、12)の深さ(tLA、tLI)が球面ころ(5)の球基本形の直径(dK)の約20%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のラジアルころ軸受。
- 外レース(2)の内側(9)及び内レース(3)の外側(10)の軌道(11、12)の幅(bLA、bLI)が球面ころ(5)の球基本形の直径(dK)の約80%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のラジアルころ軸受。
- 球面ころ(5)の側面(6、7)の間の幅(bK)が球面ころ(5)の球基本形の直径(dK)の約55%、軌道(11、12)の半径方向に相対する軸方向リム(13、15及び14、16)の間隔(aB)が約60%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のラジアルころ軸受。
