Claims (28)
- 反応器容器(5)および駆動ユニット(14)を含み、反応器内容物(4)が、駆動ユニット(14)によって反応器の(好ましくは垂直の)固定された軸を中心として振動−回転運動することを特徴とする反応器であって、反応器内容物(4)への機械的パワーの投入が、反応器および/または反応器容器(5)の適切な外殻形状によって、並びに/あるいは、反応器および/または反応器容器(5)内の定位置に設置される内部構造物によって可能となる反応器。
- 反応器容器および駆動ユニットを含み、反応器内容物が、駆動ユニットによって反応器の(好ましくは垂直の)固定された軸を中心として振動−回転運動することを特徴とする反応器であって、反応器内容物へのパワーの投入が、反応器の適切な外殻形状によって、および/または反応器内の定位置に設置される内部構造物によって可能となる、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 平面状(45)の、またはピラミッド型(41)の底部を有する、丸みのない、好ましくは方形の反応器(43)内の運動が、回転運動(46)によって二次流れ(50)を発生させることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の反応器。
- 角のある、好ましくは二角から八角、特に好ましくは三角から四角の断面、および平面状(45)、ピラミッド型(41)、または四面体の底部を有する反応器容器(43)において、回転運動(46)によって液体流れ(50)が発生させられ得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 反応器容器(5)が、0.2〜2.0、好ましくは0.6〜1.2、そして特に好ましくは0.8〜1.0の平均直径に対する高さの比を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 好ましくは、反応器容器(5)内に設置される内部構造物が設けられ、この内部構造物は、駆動ユニットに対して振動して、膜上および/または膜内で物理的、生物学的、生化学的、および/または化学反応を実行する、例えば膜を経由するガス導入、ガス分配、液体分配、照射、濾過、吸収、吸着、分析のための、並びに冷却および/または加熱のための、機能化された表面を提供することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 締め付け要素、下側のフレーム、反応器を使用する時に2個の締め付け要素(54)と(56)との間で締め付けて固定される撹拌器ブレード要素(52)で形成されるブレード撹拌器、支持リング(58)を介して溶接または接着によって反応器(5)の底部に固定される、少なくとも1個の底部ベアリング(60)、回転可能な底部(20)内に入れられた駆動支軸(59)であって、駆動モーメントに応じて歯車または単純なキー・ボウとして設計され得る駆動支軸(59)、頂部ベアリング62と結合するタイロッド((64)および保持デバイス(70)を有する容器を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 締め付け要素、下側のフレーム、反応器を使用する時に2個の締め付け要素(54)と(56)との間で締め付けて固定される撹拌器ブレードフィルム要素(52)で形成されるブレード撹拌器、支持リング(58)を介して溶接または接着によって反応器(5)の底部に固定される、少なくとも1個の底部ベアリング(60)、回転可能な底部(20)内に入れられた駆動支軸(59)であって、駆動モーメントに応じて歯車または単純なキー・ボウとして設計され得る駆動支軸(59)、頂部ベアリング62と結合するタイロッド(64)および保持デバイス(70)を有する容器を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 混合されるべき物質が、同時に、別の内部構造物によってUV照射され、かつ/または酸素でガス処理され、かつ/または濾過され、かつ/または熱が放出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 反応器が使い捨て反応器であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 反応器容器(5)が、安定な、好ましくは多層の高分子材料、またはグリッド構造を安定化させるために利用される高分子材料から製造されることを特徴とする、せいきゅうこう10に記載の反応器。
- 安定な、好ましくは多層のプラスティックフィルムから製造されることを特徴とする、請求項10〜11のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 反応器容器(5)が、少なくとも一部が反応器容器(5)の外殻形状と適合するハウジング(6)と結合され、前記ハウジング(6)が駆動ユニット(14)によって反応器(5)の好ましくは垂直である、固定された軸を中心として振動−回転運動することができることを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 反応器容器(5)が、特に減圧させることによって、分離可能なようにハウジング(6)に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の反応器。
- ハウジング(6)が、実質的に垂直方向に移動できるように、回転可能なように取り付けられ、特に吊り下げられることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の反応器。
- 反応器(5)が、反応器の回転の加速またはブレーキが実質的に一定の角加速度または減速度で進行するように、駆動ユニットと嵌め合わされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 反応器(5)の振動−回転運動が、2°≦|α|≦3600°、好ましくは20°≦|α|≦180°、特に好ましくは45°≦|α|≦90°の範囲の角振幅αを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 反応器(5)にガスと導入するための、実質的に垂直に配置された、透過性の、特に管状の膜(74)を有するガス導入モジュール(72)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 反応器容器(5)が少なくとも2個、特に厳密には2個のサブピース(200)を有し、かつガス導入モジュール(72)が膜(74)を固定するためのフレーム(201)を有し、各サブピース(200)が、特に接着によってフレーム(201)と結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の反応器。
- 膜(74)が、開孔性材料、特に発泡体と結合されている膜フィルムを有することを特徴とする、請求項18または19に記載の反応器。
- ガス導入モジュール(72)が、第1保持プロファイル(321)および第2保持プロファイル(322)を有し、かつ少なくとも1個の細長い膜(74)が設けられ、第1保持プロファイル(321)と第2保持プロファイル(322)との間に、あちこちに導かれるように、特にジクザグ形または曲折形に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項18〜20のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 反応器(5)が、反応器容器の内側の少なくとも一部において、反応器(5)へガス導入するための透過膜(360)で裏打ちされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 反応器容器(5)が、特にpHおよび/または酸素濃度を検出するために、反応器の軸に対して実質的に周辺方向に延びる細長い蛍光センサー(401,402)を有し、反応器容器(5)から離れた光学検出装置(411、412)が設けられ、蛍光センサーが様々な部分表面において光学的に検出されるように、検出速度および振動−回転運動が特に選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜22のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 振動−回転運動、特に振動−回転運動の加速度の値が、反応器内容物(4)の表面において、表面に存在する反応器内容物(4)の一部を反応器内容物(4)の内部へ輸送する波状流れが発生し得るように設定され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜23のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 反応器容器(5)が収容する反応器内容物(4)の少なくとも液体表面の領域において多角形の断面を有する反応器容器(5)を有する反応器であって、この反応器内容物は、表面または多孔膜を経由して気泡で満たされ、泡を破壊するために、反応器内容物の表面の泡(49)が反応器内容物(4)の内部へ輸送されるように振動−回転運動をするようになっている、請求項1〜24のいずれか1項に特に記載される、噴霧反応器。
- 特に、好ましくは小さい剪断力で泡を破壊することを目的として、請求項1〜25のいずれか1項に記載の反応器を用いて、物質を混合および/または分散させる方法。
- 請求項1〜26のいずれか1項に記載の反応器を用いて物質を混合する方法。
- 反応器容器(5)内で形成された泡を、特に、小さい剪断力による泡(49)の可溶化のための泡破壊器としての、請求項1〜27のいずれか1項に記載の反応器の使用。
