带补偿结构的底轴承,包括安装定位在搅拌轴底端的护套(1)、与护套(1)适配的轴套组件以及将轴套组件固定安装到搅拌釜上的安装板(2)和安装支架(21),轴套组件包括上部的集装板(3)、中部的弹簧(4)和下部的组合锥形轴套(5)以及外下侧的轴套座(6),组合锥形轴套(5)可保持与护套(1)始终贴合,这样可以大大提高釜用底轴承的寿命,也便于对其维修更换。

技术领域
本发明属于搅拌技术领域,具体地说是搅拌釜用底轴承。
背景技术
搅拌设备由搅拌釜和搅拌机组成,大型搅拌设备搅拌机上的搅拌轴从釜顶中心深入搅拌釜多达几米甚至超过10米,这时底轴承成为搅拌设备中必不可少的部件。底轴承的作用是保证搅拌轴工作时稳定运转,不产生震动或弯折。底轴承是易损件,其中的护套和轴套经常因磨损而失效需要维修更换,如何提高底轴承寿命便成为搅拌设备设计的重要内容之一。
发明内容
本实发明的目的在于提供一种带补偿结构的底轴承,能大大提高釜用底轴承的寿命,也便于维修更换。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供的带补偿结构的底轴承,包括安装定位在搅拌轴底端的护套、与护套适配的轴套组件以及将轴套组件固定安装到搅拌釜上的安装板和安装支架,轴套组件包括上部的集装板、中部的弹簧和下部的组合锥形轴套以及外下侧的轴套座,组合锥形轴套可保持与护套始终贴合。组合锥形轴套均布在护套周围与其贴合的分件个数不少于3个且互不干涉。组合锥形轴套均布在护套周围与其贴合的分件的外侧设计有U形开口,螺杆通过U形开口对其周向定位。外下侧的轴套座上设计有通孔供螺杆通过,所述集装板上设计有螺孔与螺杆螺纹配合,所述安装板上设计有通孔供螺杆通过。安装前,依次将轴套座、组合锥形轴套、弹簧按序套在螺杆上,把护套置于中心,再把集装板扣在上部,拧入螺杆于集装板的螺孔至合适,这时组合锥形轴套与护套是贴合的。接下来轴套组件上伸的螺杆通过安装板上的通孔后用螺母均匀紧固,而护套套入搅拌轴底端后用螺钉安装定位。安装板和安装支架都是预先定位在搅拌釜上的。这种设计提高使用寿命有两个原因,其一是轴套与护套始终保持贴合会比有间隙的配合降低磨损;其二是当轴套磨损后受弹簧作用可自动移动至与护套保持贴合位置。
实际应用发现,组合锥形轴套均布在护套周围与其贴合的分件个数等于3个制造安装较方便,成本也较低。
本发明的有益效果是可以大大提高釜用底轴承的寿命,也便于对其维修更换。

具体实施方式
图1是带补偿结构的底轴承的一个实施例,依次将轴套座6、组合锥形轴套5、弹簧4按序套在螺杆7上,把护套1置于中心,再把集装板3扣在上部,拧入螺杆7于集装板3的螺孔至合适,这时组合锥形轴套5的3个分件与护套1是贴合的。接下来轴套组件上伸的螺杆7通过安装板2上的通孔后用螺母71均匀紧固,而护套1套入搅拌轴底端后用螺钉11安装定位。安装板2和安装支架21都是预先定位在搅拌釜上的。

Claims (5)

1.带补偿结构的底轴承,包括安装定位在搅拌轴底端的护套(1)、与护套(1)适配的轴套组件以及将轴套组件固定安装到搅拌釜上的安装板(2)和安装支架(21),其特征在于轴套组件包括上部的集装板(3)、中部的弹簧(4)和下部的组合锥形轴套(5)以及外下侧的轴套座(6),组合锥形轴套(5)可保持与护套(1)始终贴合。
2.如权利要求1所述带补偿结构的底轴承,其特征在于所述组合锥形轴套(5)均布在护套(1)周围与其贴合的分件个数不少于3个且互不干涉。
3.如权利要求2所述带补偿结构的底轴承,其特征在于所述组合锥形轴套(5)均布在护套(1)周围与其贴合的分件的外侧设计有U形开口,螺杆(7)通过U形开口对其周向定位。
4.如权利要求3所述带补偿结构的底轴承,其特征在于所述组合锥形轴套(5)均布在护套(1)周围与其贴合的分件个数等于3个且互不干涉。
5.如权利要求1所述带补偿结构的底轴承,其特征在于所述外下侧的轴套座(6)上设计有通孔供螺杆通过,所述集装板(3)上设计有螺孔与螺杆(7)螺纹配合,所述安装板(2)上设计有通孔供螺杆(7)通过。
