Claims (12)
- 流動可能な媒体、特に、潤滑剤システム内にある潤滑剤の温度に影響を与える装置であって、前記媒体が通って流れることができる導管と、導管部分(1,5)に付属し、エネルギを供給することによって作動させることができ、温度に影響を与える少なくとも1つの要素(41)を備える装置において、
前記少なくとも1つの要素(41)は、前記導管部分の内部で前記媒体の流路中に配置されており、前記導管部分(1,5)の壁が、前記導管部分(1,5)内にある前記少なくとも1つの要素(41)にエネルギを供給するための接続装置(9)を有していることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの要素(41)は要素ユニット(11)の内部に配置されており、前記接続装置(9)は、前記要素ユニット(11)を定置に位置させる支持具を構成していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記要素ユニットは、電気エネルギによって作動させることができる少なくとも1つの加熱要素(41)を含む加熱ユニット(11)であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱ユニット(11)は、前記加熱要素として備えられ前記導管部分(1,5)の長手方向に延びる少なくとも1つの加熱バンド(41)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱ユニット(11)は、前記少なくとも1つの加熱バンド(41)を囲み該少なくとも1つの加熱バンド(41)を前記媒体に対して密封する覆い(13)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記覆いとして、特殊鋼製の環状波形管(13)が備えられており、該環状波形管(13)は、一端(15)が密封するように溶接され、他端(21)が前記接続装置(9)に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記接続装置は、前記導管部分(1,5)の一方の端部部分(5)に設けられた管継ぎ手(9)を有し、該管継ぎ手(9)を通って前記環状波形管(13)の、前記管継ぎ手(9)にあてがわれた端部(21)が延びていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記環状波形管(13)の、前記管継ぎ手(9)にあてがわれた前記端部(21)が筒状のアダプタ(17)に溶接されており、該アダプタ(17)は前記管継ぎ手(9)の外側の端部領域に密封装置(27)を間においてねじ止めすることができることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記アダプタ(17)は、前記環状波形管(13)内にある前記少なくとも1つの加熱バンド(41)のエネルギ供給用の接続ケーブル(39)のための貫通案内部を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記環状波形管(13)内を該環状波形管(13)に沿って延びる2つの前記加熱バンド(41)が備えられ、該2つの加熱バンド(41)は、該2つの加熱バンド(41)の間を延びる分離要素(53)によって互いに間隔をおいて保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記導管部分(1,5)は、油の吸い込み管(1)と、該吸い込み管(1)に続いており該吸い込み管(1)の長手方向軸線(7)に対して角度をつけられた金属性の曲管(5)を有し、該曲管(5)に前記管継ぎ手(9)が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記管継ぎ手(9)は、前記吸い込み管(1)の前記長手方向軸線(7)の方向に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
