Claims (5)

  1. 導電性ポリマーを用意し、直流電流を前記ポリマーに通し、そして有機ポリマー導体内の電圧勾配を逆転させることを含んで成るデバイス内の導電性ポリマーの寿命を長くする方法。
  2. 導電性ポリマー、該ポリマーとの電気的接続部、及び該導電性ポリマーに印加される電圧勾配を間欠的に逆転するためのスイッチング素子を含む、物品。
  3. 前記導電性ポリマーが、チオフェン含有ポリマーを含む請求項2に記載の物品。
  4. 導電性ポリマーを含む少なくとも1つの電極、及び該導電性ポリマーに印加される電圧勾配を周期的に逆転するためのスイッチング素子を含んで成るタッチスクリーン。
  5. 前記タッチスクリーンが、抵抗型タッチスクリーンを含む請求項4に記載のタッチスクリーン。
