Description
Claims (8)
- 低圧ハウジング(1)、排気ダクト(5)ならびにガス方向転換用主配管(3)が含まれて、前記主配管(3)が軸方向に低圧ハウジング(1)まで延びると同時に、低圧ハウジング(1)と排気ダクト(5)間の区域に設置される支持要素(15)に懸垂される多数のセグメント(3a)によって構成される遠心分離機であって、低圧ハウジング(1)および/または排気ダクト(5)の内側に均一に割り付けられると同時に固定される多数のブラケット手段(17)が含まれること、ならびに、支持手段(15)にブラケット手段(17)の頂部に固定されずにはめ込まれると同時に、余裕代(18)が環状ディスク(15)と低圧ハウジング(1)および/または排気ダクト(5)間に設けられるように低圧ハウジング(1)および/または排気ダクト(5)の内径より小さい外径を有する環状ディスクが含まれることを特徴とする遠心分離機。
- ブラケット手段(17)がほぼ3角形形状をもつシェルフブラケットとして構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離機。
- ブラケット手段(17)が低圧ハウジング(1)および/または排気ダクト(5)に溶接によって取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遠心分離機。
- 環状ディスク(15)が上方に突き出るフランジ(16)付きで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心分離機。
- 環状ディスク(15)の上方に突き出るフランジ(16)が多数のセグメント(16a)に分割されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の遠心分離機。
- 環状ディスク(15)にその上側に断熱層が設置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の遠心分離機。
- 上方に突き出るフランジ(16)とシェルフブラケット(17)付きの環状ディスク(15)が耐熱スチール製であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の遠心分離機。
- 遠心分離機が裏張りされることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の遠心分離機。
