Claims (8)
- 混合室中に、溶媒中の吸収性ポリマーの溶液を加えること、および沈殿剤を加えて当該ポリマーを沈殿させることを含む、残留モノマーから吸収性ポリマーを精製する方法であって、該溶液中のポリマーの濃度がlog Ccrit±0.3対数単位(この式で、Ccritは臨界濃度である。)であることを特徴とする、方法。
- 溶液中のポリマーの濃度がlog Ccrit±0.2対数単位である、請求項1に従う方法。
- 溶液中のポリマーの濃度がlog Ccrit±0.1対数単位である、請求項1に従う方法。
- ポリマーが精製されて、ガスクロマトグラフィーによる検出限界未満である残留モノマーの量を含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 溶媒がアセトンであり、かつ沈殿剤が水である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ポリマーが、グリコリド、カプロラクチド、L−ラクチド、D−ラクチド、D,L−ラクチドおよびメソラクチドモノマーから誘導された部分のうちの少なくとも1を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ポリマーの固有粘度が、クロロホルム中25℃において0.1〜6dl/gである、請求項6に従う方法。
- 沈殿剤が水であり、該沈殿剤が混合装置のせん断力の近傍に加えられて、水性ポリマースラリー流をもたらす、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に従う方法。
