Abstract
Description
前記ハウジングにはマグネットスライドウェイが設けられている。このスライドウェイは内側シールケースの外側にあり、その内部には、シャワーヘッドのスイッチポジションに連結される駆動マグネットが配置されている。
より、より多くの吐水パターンの複合効果が得られる。

2.切替制御機構と内部装置および水とが完全に隔離されるので、耐水圧力が明らかに向上され、それに応じて、使用寿命も延長される。

図1乃至4を参照すると、シャワーヘッドのハウジング1内に配置されて、吐水口がシャワーヘッドの吐水ディスク2に対向している。内側シールケース3と外側シールケース4との間には中間キャビティ5が形成されている。前記外側シールケース4と吐水ディスク2との間には吐水キャビティが形成されている。前記中間キャビティ5はシャワーヘッドの給水通路6に連通されている。さらに、中間キャビティ5内に配置される仕切パッキング7は一面が外側シールケース4の吐水口に接触するとともに、他面が弁板に接触している。中間キャビティ5は仕切パッキングの内側にある内キャビティと、仕切パッキングの外側にある外キャビティ8とを有する。前記内キャビティはピンホールを介して吐水キャビティに連通されるとともに、貫通穴9を介して外キャビティ8に連通され、さらには給水通路6が外キャビティ8に連通されている。ピンホールは可動パッキングに嵌合されて、パッキングとピンホールとの接離制御をするためのボタンユニットに可動パッキングが連結されている。
吐水工程において、水が給水通路6から外キャビティ8に入り、貫通穴9を介して第1内キャビティ12に流れるが、駆動マグネット24が第1従動マグネット22の端面に移行される場合、二つのマグネットの間に吸引力が発生することで、第1可動パッキング1
9が移動されるとともに、第1ピンホール18が開かれ、第1内キャビティ12の中の水が、第1ピンホール18より流出されることにより、第1内キャビティ12の中の水圧が低減される。その水圧が外キャビティ8の中の水圧より低くなると、外キャビティ8の中の水により仕切ゴムパッキング7が突き上げられ、水が仕切ゴムパッキング7と外側シールケース4の吐水口との間の隙間を介して第1吐水キャビティ14に流れ込み、さらに吐水ディスク2の第1吐水口16から流出される。
Claims (4)
- シャワーヘッドのハウジング内に配置されて、吐水口がシャワーヘッドの吐水ディスクに対向している吐水制御機構であって、
内側シールケースと外側シールケースを含み、前記内側シールケースと外側シールケースとの間に中間キャビティを形成するとともに、前記外側シールケースと吐水ディスクとの間に吐水キャビティを形成し、前記中間キャビティがシャワーヘッドの給水通路に連通され、
さらに、中間キャビティ内に配置され、かつ一面が前記外側シールケースの吐水口に接触するとともに、他面が弁板に接触する仕切パッキングを含み、前記中間キャビティは仕切パッキングの内側にある内キャビティと、仕切パッキングの外側にある外キャビティとを含み、前記内キャビティは第1ピンホールを介して吐水キャビティに連通されるとともに、貫通穴を介して外キャビティに連通されて、前記給水通路が外キャビティに連通され、前記ピンホールが可動パッキングに嵌合されて、パッキングとピンホールとの接離制御をするためのボタンユニットに前記可動パッキングが連結されることを特徴とするシャワーヘッドの吐水制御機構。 - 前記弁板は第1弁板と第2弁板とを、前記内キャビティは互いに隔離された第1内キャビティと第2内キャビティとを、前記吐水キャビティは互いに隔離された第1吐水キャビティと第2吐水キャビティとを含み、前記第1吐水キャビティが吐水ディスクの第1吐水口に連通されるとともに、前記第2吐水キャビティが吐水ディスクの第2吐水口に連通され、
前記第1内キャビティは第1ピンホールを介して第1吐水キャビティに連通されるとともに、貫通穴を介して外キャビティに連通され、前記第1ピンホールが第1可動パッキングに嵌合されて、パッキングとピンホールとの接離制御をするための第1ボタンユニットに前記第1可動パッキングが連結され、
前記第2内キャビティは第2ピンホールを介して第2吐水キャビティに連通されるとともに、貫通穴を介して外キャビティに連通され、前記第2ピンホールが第2可動パッキングに嵌合されて、パッキングとピンホールとの接離制御をするための第2ボタンユニットに前記第2可動パッキングが連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシャワーヘッドの吐水制御機構。 - 前記ボタンユニットは、可動パッキングに固着されて内側シールケースのスライド溝に対して移動可能に嵌合される従動マグネットと、前記従動マグネットとスライド溝の底部との間に当接されるバネと、前記従動マグネットに嵌合される駆動マグネットとを含み、

前記第2ボタンユニットは、第2可動パッキングに固着されて内側シールケースの第2スライド溝に移動可能に嵌合される第2従動マグネットと、第2従動マグネットと第2スライド溝の底部との間に当接される第2バネとを含み、前記第2従動マグネットに前記駆動マグネットが嵌合されており、
