Description

淋浴喷头的出水控制机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种淋浴喷头的出水控制机构。
背景技术
现有的淋浴喷头的出水控制机构,仅仅限于开关阀门,进水通道处设有开关阀门,如果阀门打开,出水头上的出水口均出水,一般的开关阀门为可调节流量的阀门,使用者可以根据需要调节出水的大小。上述的淋浴喷头的出水调节只能局限于流量大小的调节,不能实现不同的出水效果。
中国发明专利CN133370A“多功能莲蓬头”提出一种引导水流动的莲蓬头,进水的水流路径与模式选择器连通,且多个出流路径连通模式选择器,此发明专利设置多个模式通道、模式输出孔及阀组件的中多个凸轮轴控制的阀臂以实现多种喷淋模式的转换,但是水压直接作用于腔内的控制组件,影响莲蓬头使用寿命;同时结构复杂,制造成本大,并不能普及使用。
现有技术中不仅存在有开关阀门与水不隔离,耐水压力较小,使用寿命短的缺陷,同时,模式调整等操作转换不同的出水功能时,手感较重,操作不方便。
发明内容
为了克服已有的淋浴喷头出水调节只能局限于流量大小的调节,不能实现不同的出水效果、使用寿命短的不足,本发明提供一种结构简单、操作轻便、能够实现不同的出水效果、使用寿命长的淋浴喷头的出水控制机构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种淋浴喷头的出水控制机构,该出水控制机构设置在淋浴喷头的外壳内,出水控制机构的出水口对准淋浴喷头的出水头,所述的出水控制机构包括内密封壳、外密封壳,所述的内密封壳与外密封壳之间组成中间腔体,所述的外密封壳与出水头之间组成出水腔体,所述的中间腔体与淋浴喷头的进水通道相通;
所述的出水控制机构还包括分隔密封垫,所述的分隔密封垫位于中间腔体内,所述的分隔密封垫的一面贴在所述的外密封壳的出水口上,另一面贴在阀片上,所述的中间腔体包括分隔密封垫内侧的内腔体、分隔密封垫外侧的外腔体,所述的内腔体通过第一小孔与出水腔体相通,所述的内腔体通过通孔与外腔体相通,所述的进水通道与外腔体相通,所述的小孔与活动密封垫配合,所述的活动密封垫连接用于控制密封垫与小孔分离或接触的按钮组件。
进一步,所述的阀片包括第一阀片、第二阀片,所述的内腔体包括相互隔离的第一内腔体和第二内腔体,所述的出水腔体包括相互隔离的第一出水腔和第二出水腔,所述的第一出水腔与出水头的第一出水口相通,所述的第二出水腔与出水头的第二出水口相通;
所述的第一内腔体通过第一小孔与第一出水腔相通,所述的第一内腔体通过通孔与外腔体相通,所述的第一小孔与第一活动密封垫配合,所述的第一活动密封垫连接用于控制密封垫与小孔分离或接触的第一按钮组件;
所述的第二内腔体通过第二小孔与第二出水腔相通,所述的第二内腔体通过通孔与外腔体相通,所述的第二小孔与第二活动密封垫配合,所述的第二活动密封垫连接用于控制密封垫与小孔分离或接触的第二按钮组件。
再进一步,所述的按钮组件包括受控磁铁、弹簧、主动磁铁,所述的受控磁铁与活动密封垫固定连接,所述的受控磁铁可活动的套接在内密封壳的滑动槽内,所述的弹簧顶紧在所述的受控磁铁与滑动槽的底部之间,所述的主动磁铁与所述的受控磁铁配合;
所述的外壳内还设有磁铁滑道,所述的磁铁滑道位于所述内密封壳的外侧,所述的主动磁铁位于所述的磁铁滑道内,所述的主动磁铁连接所述淋浴喷头的开关档位。

如将内腔体分隔为N个腔体配上N个按钮组件,那么就能够形成N个不同出水效果,各种不同出水效果组合能够形成更多的出水复合效果。
本发明的有益效果主要表现在:1、能够实现不同的出水效果;2、转换控制机构与内部装置及水完全隔离,耐水压力明显提高,使用寿命相应提高;3、操作转换不同出水功能时,手感轻,并且能自动回正,操作起来更容易更方便;4、由于采用了强磁铁零件,对水具有磁化作用,有益健康。

参照图1、图2、图3、图4,一种淋浴喷头的出水控制机构,该出水控制机构设置在淋浴喷头的外壳1内,出水控制机构的出水口对准淋浴喷头的出水头2,所述的出水控制机构包括内密封壳3、外密封壳4,所述的内密封壳3与外密封壳4之间组成中间腔体5,所述的外密封壳4与出水头2之间组成出水腔体,所述的中间腔体5与淋浴喷头的进水通道6相通;所述的出水控制机构还包括分隔密封垫7,所述的分隔密封垫7位于中间腔体5内,所述的分隔密封垫7的一面贴在所述的外密封壳4出水口上,另一面贴在阀片上,所述的中间腔体5包括分隔密封垫内侧的内腔体、分隔密封垫外侧的外腔体8,所述的内腔体通过小孔与出水腔体相通,所述的内腔体通过通孔9与外腔体8相通,所述的进水通道6与外腔体8相通,所述的小孔与活动密封垫配合,所述的活动密封垫连接用于控制密封垫与小孔分离或接触的按钮组件。

本实施例的工作过程是:
打开水流过程:水从进水通道6流入外腔体8,通过通孔9流入第一内腔体12,当主动磁铁24移到第一受控磁铁22端面上时,两块磁铁产生吸引力,拉动第一活动密封垫19移动,第一小孔18打开,第一内腔体12中的水通过第一小孔18流出,使第一内腔体12的水压减小,当水压小于外腔体8中的压力时,外腔体8中的水顶开分隔橡胶密封垫7,水从分隔橡胶密封垫7与外密封壳4的出水口之间的空隙流入第一出水腔14,再从出水头2的第一出水口16流出。
关闭水流过程:当主动磁铁24移离第一受控磁铁22端面时,第一受控磁铁22失去吸引力,在第一弹簧23的推动下,带动第一活动密封垫19移动,堵住第一小孔18,使第一内腔体12中的水不再流失,水不断的从通孔9流入,第一内腔体12中的水压上升,基本上与外腔体8中的压力持平,在第一弹簧23的推力与第一出水腔14的出水口水流产生的虹吸,推动第一阀片10与分隔橡胶密封垫7移动,堵住外密封壳4上的出水口,不使水流出。
当主动磁铁24移动到第二受控磁铁26端面上时,同样会产生以上打开水流过程所描述的动作,使水从第二出水腔15中的第二出水孔17流出,形成另一种出水。当主动磁铁24移离第二受控磁铁26端面上时,同样会产生以上关闭水流过程所描述的动作,以此类推,在外壳1内设置第三受控磁铁及其他组件或者更多组合,这样就会在淋浴喷头上实现不同的出水效果。

1、一种淋浴喷头的出水控制机构,该出水控制机构设置在淋浴喷头的外壳内,出水控制机构的出水口对准淋浴喷头的出水头,其特征在于:所述的出水控制机构包括内密封壳、外密封壳,所述的内密封壳与外密封壳之间组成中间腔体,所述的外密封壳与出水头之间组成出水腔体,所述的中间腔体与淋浴喷头的进水通道相通;
所述的出水控制机构还包括分隔密封垫,所述的分隔密封垫位于中间腔体内,所述的分隔密封垫的一面贴在所述的外密封壳的出水口上,另一面贴在阀片上,所述的中间腔体包括分隔密封垫内侧的内腔体、分隔密封垫外侧的外腔体,所述的内腔体通过第一小孔与出水腔体相通,所述的内腔体通过通孔与外腔体相通,所述的进水通道与外腔体相通,所述的小孔与活动密封垫配合,所述的活动密封垫连接用于控制密封垫与小孔分离或接触的按钮组件。
2、如权利要求1所述的淋浴喷头的出水控制机构,其特征在于:所述的阀片包括第一阀片、第二阀片,所述的内腔体包括相互隔离的第一内腔体和第二内腔体,所述的出水腔体包括相互隔离的第一出水腔和第二出水腔,所述的第一出水腔与出水头的第一出水口相通,所述的第二出水腔与出水头的第二出水口相通;
所述的第一内腔体通过第一小孔与第一出水腔相通,所述的第一内腔体通过通孔与外腔体相通,所述的第一小孔与第一活动密封垫配合,所述的第一活动密封垫连接用于控制密封垫与小孔分离或接触的第一按钮组件;
所述的第二内腔体通过第二小孔与第二出水腔相通,所述的第二内腔体通过通孔与外腔体相通,所述的第二小孔与第二活动密封垫配合,所述的第二活动密封垫连接用于控制密封垫与小孔分离或接触的第二按钮组件。
3、如权利要求1所述的淋浴喷头的出水控制机构,其特征在于:所述的按钮组件包括受控磁铁、弹簧、主动磁铁,所述的受控磁铁与活动密封垫固定连接,所述的受控磁铁可活动的套接在内密封壳的滑动槽内,所述的弹簧顶紧在所述的受控磁铁与滑动槽的底部之间,所述的主动磁铁与所述的受控磁铁配合;
所述的外壳内还设有磁铁滑道,所述的磁铁滑道位于所述内密封壳的外侧,所述的主动磁铁位于所述的磁铁滑道内,所述的主动磁铁连接所述淋浴喷头的开关档位。
4、如权利要求2所述的淋浴喷头的出水控制机构,其特征在于:所述的第一按钮组件包括第一受控磁铁、第一弹簧、主动磁铁,所述的第一受控磁铁与第一活动密封垫固定连接,所述的第一受控磁铁可活动的套接在内密封壳的第一滑动槽内,所述的第一弹簧顶紧在所述的第一受控磁铁与第一滑动槽的底部之间,所述的主动磁铁与所述的第一受控磁铁配合;
所述的第二按钮组件包括第二受控磁铁、第二弹簧,所述的第二受控磁铁与第二活动密封垫固定连接,所述的第二受控磁铁可活动的套接在内密封壳的第二滑动槽内,所述的第二弹簧顶紧在所述的第二受控磁铁与第二滑动槽的底部之间,所述的主动磁铁与所述的第二受控磁铁配合;
所述的外壳内还设有磁铁滑道,所述的磁铁滑道位于所述内密封壳的外侧,所述的主动磁铁位于所述的磁铁滑道内,所述的主动磁铁连接所述淋浴喷头的开关档位,所述的开关档位包括关闭档位、用于使主动磁铁与第一受控磁铁正对的第一档位、用于使主动磁铁与第二受控磁铁正对的第二档位。
