本发明涉及一种阀控龙头,阀本体侧面设有分别与进水腔和出水腔相连通的密封面,密封面上贴合有一个柔性的隔膜,隔膜后面设有阀盖,隔膜与阀本体和阀盖共同形成三个腔室:进水腔、出水腔和控制腔,控制腔与进水腔和出水腔之间各有一个小孔连通,控制腔与出水腔之间的小孔通道内设有一个小堵塞,当小堵塞封闭小孔时,控制腔与进水腔相连而呈高压力,隔膜在控制腔侧的面积大于隔膜在进水腔侧的面积,使得隔膜被压实在阀本体的密封面上,出水腔与进水腔隔断,此时阀为关断状态;当小堵塞打开小孔时,所述控制腔与出水腔连通而呈低压,在隔膜两侧形成压力差,所述隔膜被进水腔的高压力推离阀本体的密封面呈浮动状态,使出水腔与进水腔连通,此时阀为打开状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀控龙头;可用于日常水龙头、净水机龙头及角阀等场所。
背景技术
日常生活常用的各种水龙头及角阀等,其核心控制部件基本上都有一个称之为陶瓷阀芯的控制开关,以及相匹配的本体,进出水通道构件,操作旋柄等几部分组成。陶瓷阀芯有两片相贴合的陶瓷片,操作时两陶瓷片相互转动或滑动,藉由陶瓷片上特别设计的孔或缺口的贯通或遮盖,实现阀的开或关。陶瓷阀片加工精度要求特别高,阀芯构成复杂,使用成本偏高。
发明内容
本发明是要提供一种阀控龙头,该龙头的本体是一个不锈钢外壳,外壳内部镶嵌有一个塑料的阀本体。阀本体上下两端各有一个进水口和一个出水口。进水口向下延伸有一个安装支座,安装支座外层设有一段安装螺纹,内部中空形成一个进水通道。阀本体向上延伸,其出水端连接有一个出水管,将水导出。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种阀控龙头,具有一个不锈钢外壳,外壳内部镶嵌有一个塑料的阀本体,所述阀本体上下两端分别设有一个出水口和一个进水口,所述进水口向下延伸有一个安装支座,安装支座内部呈中空状态,形成了一个进水通道;所述阀本体向上延伸,阀本体的出水端连接有一个出水管,将水导出,所述阀本体中部具有呈同轴布置的一个出水腔和一个进水腔,所述阀本体侧面设有分别与进水腔和出水腔相连通的密封面,所述密封面上贴合有一个柔性的隔膜,所述隔膜另一面设有阀盖,所述隔膜与阀本体和阀盖共同形成三个腔室:进水腔、出水腔和控制腔,所述控制腔与进水腔和出水腔之间各有一个小孔连通,所述控制腔与出水腔之间的小孔通道内设有一个小堵塞,当小堵塞封闭小孔时,所述控制腔与进水腔相连而呈高压力,所述隔膜在控制腔侧的面积大于隔膜在进水腔侧的面积,使隔膜被压实在阀本体的密封面上,出水腔与进水腔隔断,此时阀为关断状态;当小堵塞打开小孔时,所述控制腔与出水腔连通而呈低压,在隔膜两侧形成压力差,所述隔膜被进水腔的高压力推离阀本体的密封面呈浮动状态,使出水腔与进水腔连通,此时阀为打开状态。
进一步,所述控制腔与进水腔连通的小孔为常开;所述控制腔与出水腔连通的小孔,由一个小堵塞控制其通断。
进一步,所述小堵塞的上端为一个密封胶塞,胶塞下端与之相连的是一颗由电工纯铁制成的衔铁;所述小堵塞和衔铁一同在套筒内上下滑动。
进一步,所述小堵塞和衔铁,由套筒外层的环形磁铁带动其上下滑动。
进一步,所述环形磁铁通过一个滑块与下转盘相连,并一同由轴向棘轮机构驱动。
进一步,所述轴向棘轮机构包括一个按钮、一个下转盘和一个套筒;所述按钮的下边缘是一组呈周向均匀布置的驱动凸轮,按钮下面相对的是带棘轮的下转盘;所述按钮和下转盘一同套装于套筒内,所述套筒内壁沿轴向在按钮相对应的位置,沿周向均匀分布设有一组轴向导槽,供按钮在套筒内轴向滑动而不能相对转动;所述套筒与外壳为固定状态,当按钮被按压,在套筒内上下滑动时,与按钮下端的驱动凸轮相啮合的是下转盘的棘轮;所述下转盘与套筒内轴向导槽的啮合为半啮合状态:在行程的上半段,下转盘与按钮均被套筒内的导槽约束,仅做轴向滑动而不能转动;当按钮和下转盘运行至套筒行程的下半段时,此时按钮仍被套筒内的导槽约束而不能转动,而下转盘则脱出了套筒内的导槽,此时下转盘在下转盘上端与按钮下端的棘轮组作用下,使得下转盘旋转一个小的角度,并在复位弹簧的作用下,沿套筒向上回弹;所述套筒内部的导槽为相隔槽,相隔槽间设有轴向挡块,能使下转盘在套筒内的位置处于“上”或“下”死点位置;当连续按动按钮时,下转盘在上下两死点位置的两个状态间切换。
进一步,所述阀本体的密封面和相贴合的隔膜的形状为圆形或椭圆形。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的阀控龙头的本体采用不锈钢外壳,外壳内部镶嵌有一个塑料的阀本体。阀本体上下两端各有一个进水口和一个出水口。进水口向下延伸有一个安装支座,安装支座外层设有一段安装螺纹,内部中空形成一个进水通道。阀本体向上延伸,其出水端连接有一个出水管,将水导出。阀本体侧面,是一个密封面,并且呈轴向布置的是一个进水腔和一个出水腔的密封面,与密封面相贴合的,是一个柔性的隔膜,隔膜与阀本体和阀盖共同形成三个腔室:进水腔、出水腔和控制腔。控制腔与进水腔和出水腔各有一个小孔连通。控制腔与出水腔的小孔通道,还设有一个小堵塞,当小堵塞封闭小孔时,控制腔因与进水腔相连而呈高压力,隔膜在控制腔侧的面积大于其在进水腔侧的面积,结果隔膜被压实在阀本体的密封面上,出水腔与进水腔隔断,此时阀为关断状态。反之,当小堵塞打开时,控制腔与出水腔连通而呈低压。由于连接进水腔和控制腔的小孔很狭小,在隔膜两侧形成了较大的压力差。尽管隔膜两侧在控制腔侧的面积大于进水腔,隔膜仍被进水腔的高压力推离阀本体的密封面呈浮动状态,出水腔和进水腔得以连通,此时阀为打开状态。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1,7所示,本发明的阀控龙头,包括:不锈钢外壳203,安装支座204和安装锁紧螺母205,按钮202,出水管201等。源水从安装支座204下端S接入,从出水管201上端出水口K流出。
如图2,3所示,本发明的阀控龙头,包括不锈钢外壳203,安装支座204,按钮202,出水管201,阀本体312等几个大的组成部件。不锈钢外壳203内,安装支座204上部密封配合连接阀本体312,阀本体312侧面连接有阀盖315,阀盖315外侧连接有棘轮操控机构,阀本体312上部连接出水管201。阀本体312中部设有出水腔105,下部设有进水腔108。阀本体312中部内侧设有密封面109,密封面109上设有隔膜313,隔膜313背后契合有加强板314,加强板314支撑着隔膜313。当阀呈关闭状态时,确保隔膜313与阀本体312的密封面109贴合紧密,保证密封效果。
阀本体312与隔膜313和阀盖315共同形成三个腔室,进水腔108,出水腔105和控制腔104。进水腔108与控制腔104通过阀本体312上部的小孔107保持连通。控制腔104与出水腔105通过控制密封面102和底部的小孔101及小孔106与出水腔105相连通。
在小孔101下端设有一个控制小堵塞305。小堵塞305由套接于压盖315外侧的环形磁铁307带动。环形磁铁307镶嵌在滑块306内。滑块306与过渡块303通过铆钉304铆接在一起。滑块306下部由一只复位弹簧309支撑,其上部由按钮202、下转盘301和套筒302共同组成的轴向棘轮机构操控。套筒302与不锈钢外壳203固定在一起。套筒302内侧呈圆周方向均匀分布轴向导槽,导槽相邻间隔设有止推块。按钮202和下转盘301两者的轴向端面是一对轴向棘轮机构。当按下按钮202时,按钮202和下转盘301沿导槽302内侧的轴向导槽一起向下滑动,并保持无相对转动。套筒302内部的轴向导槽设计为,沿周向均匀分布设有一组轴向导槽,供按钮202在套筒302内轴向滑动而不能相对转动。套筒302与外壳203为固定状态,当按钮203在套筒302内上下滑动时,与按钮202下端的驱动凸轮相啮合的是下转盘301的棘轮。下转盘301与套筒302内轴向导槽的啮合为半啮合状态。就是说,在行程的上半段,下转盘301与按钮202均被套筒302内的导槽约束,仅做轴向滑动而不能转动。当按钮202和下转盘303运行至套筒302行程的下半段时,此时按钮202仍被套筒302内的导槽约束而不能转动,而下转盘301则脱出了套筒302内的导槽,此时下转盘301在棘轮组作用下,会使得下转盘301旋转一个小的角度,并在复位弹簧309的作用下,沿套筒302向上回弹。由于套筒302内部的导槽为相隔槽间设有轴向挡块,这就使得下转盘301在套筒302内的位置处于“上”和“下”死点位置两者居其一。故此,当连续按动按钮202时,下转盘301在上下两死点位置的两者居其一。
综上所述,参见图2所示,当按下按钮202时,下转盘301在棘轮机构操控下,处于下死点位置。此时,滑块306带动环形磁铁307处于下死点位置,衔铁305被密封弹簧308推至上死点,连通控制腔104和出水腔105的通道,在密封面102处被封闭,通道101被关闭,此时控制腔104因与进水腔108连通而呈高压,隔膜313被压实在阀本体312的密封面上,阀处于关断状态。
如图3所示,当再次按下按钮202一次,则在棘轮机构的操控下,按钮202、下转盘301以及滑块306和磁铁307均被复位弹簧309推至上死点位置。此时,环形磁铁307引动衔铁305向下至下死点位置。此时密封面102畅通。连接控制腔104和出水腔105的通道101及106均畅通,控制腔104得以泄压。而连通控制腔104和进水腔108的小孔107的通径很小,流体的压力损失大,使得控制腔104呈低压状态。隔膜313两侧形成压力差而呈浮动状态,阀密封面109打开,此时阀为打开状态。
图4所示为轴向棘轮机构示意图。套筒302与外壳203为固定状态。按钮202被按压后,在套筒302内沿导槽上下滑动。下转盘301被按钮202带动,在套筒302内沿套筒302内的导槽上下滑动,当其脱出导槽范围后,下转盘沿棘轮的定向转动一个角度,对准下一条导槽。
如图5及图6所示,为扩大该发明的应用范围,所述阀本体的密封面和相贴合的隔膜可设计为圆形或椭圆形。
如图7所示是龙头的三维分解示意图。所述具体的实施方式,不能作为对本发明的保护范围的限制。对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,对本发明实施所做的任何替代改进或变换,均落在本发明的保护范围内。本发明未详述之处,均为本领域技术人员的公知技术。
