Abstract
Description
フラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリを金型内に配置する工程と、
前記金型内にオーバーモールド材料を導入し、前記フラットフレキシブルケーブルの一部を覆うことで、前記フラットフレキシブルケーブルの一部を封入する前記オーバーモールドを形成するとともに、前記オーバーモールドと一体形成されたシール部材を形成する、工程とを含み、
前記シール部材は前記実質的に矩形の導体の一部を封入してシールを形成する。
Claims (12)
- 実質的に矩形の導体(12)を含むフラットフレキシブルケーブル(11)と、
前記実質的に矩形の導体(12)の一部を封入するオーバーモールド(26)と、
前記オーバーモールド(26)と一体形成されてそこから延びるシール部材(28)と、を含み、
前記シール部材(28)は、前記実質的に矩形の導体(12)の一部を封入してシールを形成する、フラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ(10)。 - 前記矩形導体(12)が、絶縁シース(14)内に封入される、請求項1に記載のフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ。
- 端子(18)が、前記矩形導体(12)に圧着または溶接によって取り付けられる、請求項2に記載のフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ。
- 前記絶縁シース(14)内に不連続性を設けるための手段をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ。
- 前記手段に、前記絶縁シース(14)内に形成されるバリアスロット(24)が含まれる、請求項4に記載のフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ。
- 前記シール部材(28)が、管状部材(32)とそこから延びる少なくとも1つのリブ(30)とを含む、請求項1に記載のフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ。
- 前記シール部材(28)は、前記オーバーモールド(26)とは異なる材料を含む、請求項1に記載のフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ。
- 空洞(36)を有するシールされたコネクタ(34)をさらに含み、前記シール部材(28)が、前記空洞(36)をシールした状態ではめ込む、請求項1に記載のフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ。
- 実質的に矩形の導体(12)を含むフラットフレキシブルケーブル(11)を含むフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ(10)の製造方法であって、
フラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ(10)を金型内に配置する工程と、
前記金型内にオーバーモールド材料を導入し、前記フラットフレキシブルケーブル(11)の一部を覆うことで、前記フラットフレキシブルケーブル(11)の一部を封入するオーバーモールド(26)を形成するとともに、前記オーバーモールド(26)と一体形成されたシール部材(28)を形成する、工程と、を含み、
前記シール部材(28)が、前記実質的に矩形の導体(12)の一部を封入してシールを形成する、方法。 - 端子(18)を前記矩形導体(12)に圧着または溶接によって取り付ける工程をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記シール部材(28)が、管状部材(32)とそこから延びる1または複数のリブ(30)とを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 第2の異なる材料を前記金型内に導入して前記シール部材(28)を形成する、導入工程をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
