Description
フラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリを金型内に配置する工程と、
前記金型内にオーバーモールド材料を導入し、前記フラットフレキシブルケーブルの一部を覆うことで、前記フラットフレキシブルケーブルの一部を封入する前記オーバーモールドを形成するとともに、前記オーバーモールドと一体形成されたシール部材を形成する、工程とを含み、
前記シール部材は前記実質的に矩形の導体の一部を封入してシールを形成する。
Claims (10)
- 実質的に矩形の複数の導体を含むフラットフレキシブルケーブルと、
前記実質的に矩形の複数の導体の一部を封入するオーバーモールドと、
前記オーバーモールドと一体形成されてそこから延びるシール部材と、を含み、
前記シール部材は、前記実質的に矩形の複数の導体の一部を導体毎に封入してシールを形成することによって、個々の導体のそれぞれに対するシールを形成する、フラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ。 - 前記矩形導体が、絶縁シース内に封入される、請求項1に記載のフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ。
- 端子が、前記複数の矩形導体に圧着または溶接によって取り付けられる、請求項2に記載のフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ。
- 前記シール部材が、管状部材とそこから延びる少なくとも1つのリブとを含む、請求項1に記載のフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ。
- 前記シール部材は、前記オーバーモールドとは異なる材料を含む、請求項1に記載のフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ。
- 空洞を有するシールされたコネクタをさらに含み、前記シール部材が、前記空洞をシールした状態ではめ込む、請求項1に記載のフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリ。
- 実質的に矩形の複数の導体を含むフラットフレキシブルケーブルを含むフラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリの製造方法であって、
フラットフレキシブルケーブルアセンブリを金型内に配置する工程と、
前記金型内にオーバーモールド材料を導入し、前記フラットフレキシブルケーブルの一部を覆うことで、前記フラットフレキシブルケーブルの一部を封入するオーバーモールドを形成するとともに、前記オーバーモールドと一体形成されたシール部材を形成する、導入工程と、を含み、
前記シール部材は、前記実質的に矩形の複数の導体の一部を導体毎に封入してシールを形成することによって、個々の導体のそれぞれに対するシールを形成する、製造方法。 - 端子を前記複数の矩形導体に圧着または溶接によって取り付ける工程をさらに含む、請求項7
に記載の方法。 - 前記シール部材が、管状部材とそこから延びる1または複数のリブとを含む、請求項7
に記載の方法。 - 第2の異なる材料を前記金型内に導入して前記シール部材を形成する、導入工程をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
