Abstract
Description
本願は、2005年12月15日出願の米国特許仮出願第60/750,558号の優先権を主張するものであり、この仮出願の内容全体はここに引例に挙げることにより、後段に全部が明示す訳ではないが明示したものとして、本件の一部をなすものである。
Claims (38)
- 心臓弁を置換する準備をする方法であって、
心臓弁に固定用導管を配送する工程と、
心臓弁で前記固定用導管を拡張させる工程とを含んでおり、
固定用導管を拡張させる前記工程は、開放空洞を構成する、方法。 - 前記方法は、
心臓弁の近位の目標部位に仮の弁をつぶれ状態で配送する工程と、
前記仮の弁を心臓弁の近位の前記目標部位に配置する工程とを更に含んでおり、
前記固定用導管が拡張状態になると、前記仮の弁が作動して心臓弁の機能を一時的に行う、請求項1に記載の心臓弁を置換する準備をする方法。 - 前記開放空洞は実質的に均一な内面を有している、請求項1に記載の心臓弁を置換する準備をする方法。
- 前記固定用導管は、心臓弁プロテーゼを解放可能に接続することができるようにしたハーバーを有している、請求項1に記載の心臓弁を置換する準備をする方法。
- 前記固定用導管の前記開放空洞には、心臓弁プロテーゼを配置する際に押圧することができる内側管腔面が設けられている、請求項1に記載の心臓弁を置換する準備をする方法。
- 拡張可能な構造体を有する固定用導管であって、
前記拡張可能な構造体は、近位固定構成要素、及び遠位固定構成要素を有し、
前記拡張可能な構造体の拡張により、前記近位固定構成要素及び前記遠位固定構成要素が体組織構成要素と接合され、開放空洞を構成する、固定用導管。 - 前記開放空洞は、実質的に均一な内面を有する、請求項6に記載の固定用導管。
- 前記固定用導管は、心臓弁を使用不能にすることができる、請求項6に記載の固定用導管。
- 前記固定構成要素は、生来の心臓弁の構成要素を生来の心臓弁の弁輪に押付けてつぶすことによって、生来の心臓弁を使用不能にすることができる、請求項6に記載の固定用導管。
- 前記固定構成要素は、心臓弁プロテーゼを受入れるように構成される、請求項6に記載の固定用導管。
- 前記固定構成要素は、血管内を配送可能である、請求項6に記載の固定用導管。
- 更に、拡張可能な構造体と連通したハーバーを有し、前記ハーバーは、第1の解放可能な係合構成要素を有する、請求項6に記載の固定用導管。
- 第2の解放可能な係合構成要素を有する心臓弁プロテーゼを、前記ハーバーの第1の解放可能な係合構成要素に堅固に結合させたりそれから分離させたりすることが可能である、請求項12に記載の固定用導管。
- 前記心臓弁プロテーゼは、心臓内で前記ハーバーの第1の解放可能な係合構成要素に結合させたりそれから分離させたりすることが可能である、請求項13に記載の固定用導管。
- 心臓弁の能力を改善する方法であって、
心臓弁の近位の領域に固定用導管を供与する工程と、
前記固定用導管を配置する工程であって、固定用導管を配置することにより開放空洞を構成するようにした工程と、
前記固定用導管の前記開放空洞に心臓弁プロテーゼを配置する工程とを含んでいる、方法。 - 心臓弁プロテーゼを配置する前記工程は、前記固定用導管の前記開放空洞の内部で前記心臓弁プロテーゼを拡張させる工程を含んでいる、請求項15に記載の心臓弁の能力を改善する方法。
- 前記開放空洞は実質的に均一な内面を有している、請求項15に記載の心臓弁の能力を改善する方法。
- 前記固定用導管は第1の解放可能な係合構成要素を備えており、前記心臓弁プロテーゼは前記固定用導管の前記第1の解放可能な係合構成要素に堅固に連結したりそれから切離したりすることができるようにされた第2の解放可能な係合構成要素を備えている、請求項15に記載の心臓弁の能力を改善する方法。
- 心臓弁プロテーゼを配置する前記工程は、前記心臓弁プロテーゼの前記第2の解放可能な係合構成要素を前記固定用導管の前記第1の解放可能な係合構成要素に堅固に連結する工程を含んでいる、請求項18に記載の心臓弁の能力を改善する方法。
- 前記方法は、
前記心臓弁プロテーゼを前記固定用導管から取出す工程と、
前記固定用導管の前記開放空洞に第2の心臓弁プロテーゼを配置する工程とを更に含んでいる、請求項19に記載の心臓弁の能力を改善する方法。 - 欠陥のある心臓弁を改善する方法であって、
心臓弁に固定用導管を配送する工程であって、前記固定用導管には、心臓弁プロテーゼを解放可能に接続することができるようにされたハーバーを設けている工程と、
仮の弁をつぶれ状態で心臓弁の近位の目標部位に配送する工程と、
前記仮の弁を心臓弁の前記目標部位に配置する工程と、
前記固定用導管を心臓弁に配置する工程であって、固定用導管を配置することで心臓弁を使用不能にするようにした工程とを含んでおり、
前記固定用導管が拡張状態になると、前記仮の弁が作動して心臓弁の機能を一時的に行うようにした、方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記心臓弁プロテーゼを心臓内の前記固定用導管の近位の領域に配送する工程と、
前記心臓弁プロテーゼを前記固定用導管の前記ハーバーに連結する工程とを更に含んでいる、請求項21に記載の欠陥のある心臓弁を改善する方法。 - 前記仮の弁を取外す工程を更に含んでいる、請求項22に記載の欠陥のある心臓弁を改善する方法。
- 前記方法は、
仮の弁をつぶれ状態で心臓弁の近位の動脈内の目標部位に配送する工程と、
前記仮の弁を心臓弁の近位の動脈内の目標部位で拡張させる工程と、
前記心臓弁プロテーゼを前記固定用導管の前記ハーバーから切離す工程と、
第2の心臓弁プロテーゼを前記固定用導管の近位の心臓内の領域に配送する工程と、
前記第2の心臓弁プロテーゼを前記固定用導管の前記ハーバーに連結する工程とを更に含んでいる、請求項23に記載の欠陥のある心臓弁を改善する方法。 - 前記仮の弁を取外す工程を更に含んでいる、請求項24に記載の欠陥のある心臓弁を改善する方法。
- 前記心臓弁は大動脈弁である、請求項21に記載の欠陥のある心臓弁を改善する方法。
- 前記心臓弁は肺動脈弁である、請求項21に記載の欠陥のある心臓弁を改善する方法。
- 心臓プロテーゼシステムであって、
第1の解放可能な係合構成要素を有するハーバーを有する固定用導管と、
仮の弁と、
前記ハーバーの第1の解放可能な係合構成要素に堅固に結合させたりそれから分離させたりすることが可能な第2の解放可能な係合構成要素を有する心臓弁プロテーゼと、を有する心臓プロテーゼシステム。 - 更に、第2の心臓弁プロテーゼを有し、前記第2の心臓弁プロテーゼは、前記ハーバーの第1の解放可能な係合構成要素に結合させたりそれから分離させたりすることが可能である第2の解放可能な係合構成要素を有する、請求項28に記載の心臓プロテーゼシステム。
- 前記固定用導管は、大動脈心臓弁に配置可能である、請求項28に記載の心臓プロテーゼシステム。
- 前記固定用導管は、肺動脈心臓弁に配置可能である、請求項28に記載の心臓プロテーゼシステム。
- 前記固定用導管は、血管の中を配送可能である、請求項28に記載の心臓プロテーゼシステム。
- 前記仮の弁は、心臓弁の機能を一時的に行う、請求項28に記載の心臓プロテーゼシステム。
- 解放可能な係合構成要素を有する心臓弁プロテーゼを有し、
