本出願は、参照により本明細書に組み込まれている、2005年12月5日出願の出願第11/294126号の一部継続出願である。
ASA組成物における望ましい色空間及び赤外反射のために、黒色顔料及び有機/無機系着色剤の様々な組合せを評価した。組成物を第1表に示す。示した量は、重量によるphr値であり、残りの材料にはASA及びMMASANを含む。特性測定の結果は、第2表に示されている。
様々な樹脂を含む組成物における望ましい色空間及び赤外反射のために、黒色顔料及び有機/無機系着色剤の様々な組合せを評価した。用いた樹脂は次の通りであった:
Claims (27)
- 下記を含む組成物:
(i)下記の樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つの樹脂;
(i−a)硬質熱可塑性相に分散した不連続エラストマー相を含むゴム変性熱可塑性樹脂であって、硬質熱可塑性相の少なくとも一部がエラストマー相にグラフトされており、エラストマー相が少なくとも1種のC1〜C12アルキル(メタ)アクリレートモノマーから誘導される構造単位を有するポリマーを含み、かつ、硬質熱可塑性相が少なくとも1種のビニル芳香族モノマー及び少なくとも1種のモノエチレン性不飽和ニトリルモノマーから誘導される構造単位を含むゴム変性熱可塑性樹脂、
(i−b)カーボネート構造単位を含むコポリマー、及び
(i−c)ポリカーボネートと、ポリカーボネートとは異なる少なくとも1種の他の樹脂を含むブレンド;及び
(ii)(ii−a)少なくとも1種の無機系赤外線反射顔料及び(ii−b)少なくとも1種の有機系着色剤を含む着色剤の組合せであって、該無機顔料と有機系着色剤との組合せが、成形部品中で、ASTM D4803−89による測定で、約34℃以下の温度上昇(HBU)及び、反射光成分を含むときは約30未満の、反射光成分を含まないときは約20未満のL*値をもたらす組合せ。 - エラストマー相が、ブチルアクリレートから誘導される構造単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 硬質熱可塑性相が、スチレン及びアクリロニトリル;又はスチレン、α−メチルスチレン及びアクリロニトリルから誘導される構造単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 硬質熱可塑性相が、(C1〜C12)アルキル−及びアリール−(メタ)アクリレートモノマーからなる群から選択される1種以上のモノマーから誘導される構造単位をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 硬質熱可塑性相が、スチレン、アクリロニトリル及びメチルメタクリレート;又はα−メチルスチレン、アクリロニトリル及びメチルメタクリレート;又はスチレン、α−メチルスチレン、アクリロニトリル及びメチルメタクリレートから誘導される構造単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の組成物。
- スチレン及びアクリロニトリル;α−メチルスチレン及びアクリロニトリル;α−メチルスチレン、スチレン及びアクリロニトリル;スチレン、アクリロニトリル及びメチルメタクリレート;α−メチルスチレン、アクリロニトリル及びメチルメタクリレート;又はα−メチルスチレン、スチレン、アクリロニトリル及びメチルメタクリレートから誘導される構造単位を含むコポリマーが、ゴム変性熱可塑性樹脂と併用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。

- コポリマーが、ビスフェノールAから誘導されるカーボネート構造単位とイソフタル酸、テレフタル酸及びレゾルシノールの混合物から誘導されるエステル構造単位とを含み、ポリジアルキルシロキサンポリカーボネートコポリマーが、ビスフェノールAから誘導されるカーボネート構造単位とジメチルシロキサン構造単位とを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組成物。
- ポリカーボネートと異なる樹脂が、ポリエステル又はゴム変性熱可塑性樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ポリカーボネートが、ビスフェノール−Aポリカーボネートを含み、ポリエステルが、ポリ(ブチレンテレフタレート)、ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)、ポリ(シクロヘキサンジメタノール−エチレングリコールテレフタレート)、ポリ(シクロへキシレンジメチレン−シクロヘキサンジカルボキシレート)、又はイソフタル酸、テレフタル酸及びレゾルシノールの混合物から誘導される構造単位を有するポリエステルを含み、ゴム変性熱可塑性樹脂が、ABS、ASA、又はMMA−ASAを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 無機系赤外線反射顔料が、金属酸化物、混合金属酸化物、チタン酸塩、アルミン酸塩、金属炭酸塩、酸化鉄、酸化クロム、群青、ステンレス鋼粉末、酸化チタンで被覆された雲母粉末、金属硫化物、又は希土類硫化物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 無機系赤外線反射顔料が、クロム鉄酸化物、ブラックスピネル、及びクロム鉄ニッケルブラックスピネルからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 無機系赤外線反射顔料が、樹脂成分100重量部当たり約0.02重量部(phr)以上の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 有機系着色剤が、アントラキノン系着色剤、アゾ系着色剤、無水フタル酸系着色剤、フタロシアニン系着色剤、インジゴ/チオインジゴ系着色剤、アゾメチン系着色剤、アゾメチン−アゾ系着色剤、ジオキサジン系着色剤、キナクリドン系着色剤、イソインドリノン系着色剤、イソインドリン系着色剤、ジケトピロロピロール系着色剤、ペリレン系着色剤、又はペリノン有機系着色剤、又はこれらの混合物から誘導されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 有機系着色剤が、Solvent Green 3、Solvent Red 135、Solvent Violet 13、Pigment Blue 15:4、Pigment Black 31、Disperse Violet 31/26、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の着色剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも2種の有機系着色剤を含む、請求項15に記載の組成物。
- 有機系着色剤の総量が、約0.002phr以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 潤滑剤、中和剤、安定剤、熱安定剤、光安定剤、酸化防止剤、UV遮蔽剤、UV吸収剤、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物から製造された成形品。
- 下記を含む組成物:
(i)下記の樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つの樹脂;
(i−a)硬質熱可塑性相に分散した不連続エラストマー相を含むゴム変性熱可塑性樹脂であって、硬質熱可塑性相の少なくとも一部がエラストマー相にグラフトされており、エラストマー相がブチルアクリレートから誘導される構造単位を有するポリマーを含み、かつ、硬質熱可塑性相がスチレン、アクリロニトリル、及び場合によりメチルメタクリレートから誘導される構造単位を含むゴム変性熱可塑性樹脂、
(i−b1)ビスフェノールAから誘導されるカーボネート構造単位と、イソフタル酸、テレフタル酸及びレゾルシノールの混合物から誘導されるエステル構造単位とを含むコポリマー、
(i−b2)ビスフェノールAから誘導されるカーボネート構造単位及びジメチルシロキサン構造単位を含むコポリマー、及び
(i−c1)ポリカーボネートと、ポリ(ブチレンテレフタレート)、ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)、ポリ(シクロヘキサンジメタノール−エチレングリコールテレフタレート)、ポリ(シクロヘキシレンジメチレン−シクロヘキサンジカルボキシレート)、及びイソフタル酸、テレフタル酸及びレゾルシノールの混合物から誘導される構造単位を有するポリエステルからなる群から選択されるポリエステルとを含むブレンド、及び
(i−c2)ポリカーボネートと、ABS、ASA、及びMMA−ASAからなる群から選択されるゴム変性熱可塑性樹脂とを含むブレンド;
(ii)無機系赤外線反射顔料及び少なくとも2種の有機系着色剤を含む着色剤の組合せであって、無機系赤外線反射顔料が、クロム鉄酸化物、ブラックスピネル、及びクロム鉄ニッケルブラックスピネルからなる群から選択され、約0.02phr以上の量で存在し;
有機系着色剤が、Solvent Green 3、Solvent Red 135、Solvent Violet 13、Pigment Blue 15:4、Pigment Black 31、及びDisperse Violet 31/26からなる群から選択される少なくとも2種の着色剤を含み、約0.002phr以上の合計量で存在し;かつ
該無機顔料及び有機着色剤の組合せが、成形部品中で、ASTM D4803−89による測定で、約34℃以下の温度上昇(HBU)及び、反射光成分を含むとき約30未満の、反射光成分を含まないとき約20未満のL*値をもたらす組合せ。 - スチレン及びアクリロニトリル;α−メチルスチレン及びアクリロニトリル;α−メチルスチレン、スチレン、及びアクリロニトリル;スチレン、アクリロニトリル、及びメチルメタクリレート;α−メチルスチレン、アクリロニトリル、及びメチルメタクリレート;又はα−メチルスチレン、スチレン、アクリロニトリル、及びメチルメタクリレートから誘導される構造単位を含むコポリマーが、ゴム変性熱可塑性樹脂と併用される、請求項20に記載の組成物。
- 潤滑剤、中和剤、安定剤、熱安定剤、光安定剤、酸化防止剤、UV遮蔽剤、UV吸収剤、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される添加剤をさらに含む、請求項20に記載の組成物。

- (i−a)硬質熱可塑性相に分散した不連続エラストマー相を含むゴム変性熱可塑性樹脂であって、硬質熱可塑性相の少なくとも一部がエラストマー相にグラフトされ、エラストマー相がブチルアクリレートから誘導される構造単位を有するポリマーを含み、硬質熱可塑性相はスチレン、アクリロニトリル、及び場合によりメチルメタクリレートから誘導される構造単位を含むゴム変性ナ悦可塑性樹脂、(i−b1)ビスフェノールAから誘導されるカーボネート構造単位と、イソフタル酸、テレフタル酸及びレゾルシノールの混合物から誘導されるエステル構造単位とを含むコポリマー、(i−b2)ビスフェノールAから誘導されるカーボネート構造単位及びジメチルシロキサン構造単位を含むコポリマー、及び(i−c1)ポリカーボネートと、ポリ(ブチレンテレフタレート)、ポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)、ポリ(シクロヘキサンジメタノール−エチレングリコールテレフタレート)、ポリ(シクロヘキシレンジメチレン−シクロヘキサンジカルボキシレート)、及びイソフタル酸、テレフタル酸及びレゾルシノールの混合物から誘導される構造単位を有するポリエステルからなる群から選択されるポリエステルとを含むブレンド、及び(i−c2)ポリカーボネートと、ABS、ASA、及びMMA−ASAからなる群から選択されるゴム変性熱可塑性樹脂を含むブレンドからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の樹脂を含む成形品であり、該成形品が、ASTM D4803−89による測定で、約34℃以下の温度上昇(HBU)と、反射光成分を含むときは約30未満の、反射光成分を含まないときは約20未満のL*値を有する成形品の製造方法であって、
該製造方法が、該樹脂を、無機系赤外線反射顔料及び少なくとも2種の有機系着色剤を含む着色剤の組合せを組み合わせる工程を有し、
該無機系赤外線反射顔料が、クロム鉄酸化物、ブラックスピネル及びクロム鉄ニッケルブラックスピネルからなる群から選択され、約0.02phr以上の量で存在し;かつ、
該有機系着色剤が、Solvent Green 3、Solvent Red 135、Solvent Violet 13、Pigment Blue 15:4、Pigment Black 31、Disperse Violet 31/26、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも2種の着色剤を含み、約0.002phr以上の合計量で存在する
成形品の製造方法。 - 硬質熱可塑性相が、メチルメタクリレートから誘導される構造単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- スチレン及びアクリロニトリル;α−メチルスチレン及びアクリロニトリル;α−メチルスチレン、スチレン、及びアクリロニトリル;スチレン、アクリロニトリル、及びメチルメタクリレート;α−メチルスチレン、アクリロニトリル、及びメチルメタクリレート;又はα−メチルスチレン、スチレン、アクリロニトリル、及びメチルメタクリレートから誘導される構造単位を含むコポリマーが、ゴム変性熱可塑性樹脂と併用されることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 潤滑剤、中和剤、安定剤、熱安定剤、光安定剤、酸化防止剤、UV遮蔽剤、UV吸収剤、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される添加剤をさらに含む、請求項24に記載の成形品の製造方法。
