Description
Claims (14)
- ワーク(1)を支持するための底部(2)と、ワークを前記底部(2)に保持するためにモータによって前記底部(2)に対して相対的に移動させることのできる頂部(3)と、幾つかの工具を受容するための工具支持体(24)とを備え、相互に隣接して配置された幾つかのワーク(1)、特に棒状又は管状のワークを繰返し機械加工するための装置であって、
前記工具支持体(24)が、モータによって前記底部(2)に対して相対的に移動させることのできる支持板(29)を含み、その工具支持体には、軸状工具(25)用の幾つかの工具レセプタクル(30)が相互に隣接して且つ相互に上下に配置されており、
前記軸状工具(25)を作動させるための駆動体(26)が、前記工具支持体(24)に割り当てられている、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記支持板(29)が、フレーム(6)上を垂直方向に移動することができるように案内され、かつ相互に上下に位置する複数列の工具レセプタクル(30)を含んでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記頂部(3)が、前記フレーム(6)の2つの側部(4、5)で当該頂部に不動に接続された2つの側枠(8、9)によって移動することができるように案内され、且つ昇降駆動体(7)によって移動可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記側枠(8、9)が、基本的に前記側部(4、5)の全高にわたって延設され、且つそれらのほぼ全長にわたって案内される、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記支持板(29)が、一体部品から、又は個別に駆動されるセグメントからできている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 相互に隣接して配置された前記工具レセプタクル(30)の間隔が、前記底部(2)に配置されたワーク(1)の間隔と一致する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記軸状工具(25)を作動させるための前記駆動体(26)が、前記フレーム(33)上を水平方向に移動できるように案内される横木(34)を含み、前記横木がサーボモータ(35)によって駆動される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記横木(34)が、駆動ベルト(36)及び2つの平行な駆動スピンドル(37)を用いて、前記サーボモータ(35)によって移動させることができる、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記軸状工具(25)を作動させるための作動要素(38)のために、前記横木(34)に相互に隣接して位置するレセプタクル開口が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の装置。
- 前記昇降駆動体(7)が、前記底部(2)内で回転することができるように支持され且つモータによって回転することのできる駆動軸(14)を含み、その駆動軸(14)は、摺動片(16)によって前記側枠(8、9)の長穴(17)に係合する偏心ピン(15)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項3〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 相互に隣接して配置された幾つかの頂部及び底部ワーク保持器(18、19)が、前記底部(2)及び前記頂部(3)に装着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 工具作動のための追加駆動体(22、23)が前記底部(2)及び/又は前記頂部(3)に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記追加駆動体(22、23)がタペット(41)を含み、前記タペットは軸方向に変位することができ、且つ、前記タペットは、回転軸(39)を中心に枢動することのできる揺動レバー(40)を用いて、モータによって回転することのできるカム板(42)によって作動され得る、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 把持器(21)を具備するトランスファレール(20)が、ワークを移送するために前記底部(2)と前記頂部(3)との間に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
