Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- 微生物を含む流れをチャンバに送入し、
該チャンバ内の該流れを14.7p.s.i.g.よりも大きい圧力まで加圧し、
当該加圧された流れに送りガスを導入し、該送りガスは当該加圧された流れの微生物に対し可溶性であり、
当該可溶性の送りガスを微生物内で膨張させて微生物の細胞壁を破裂させるように該流れを減圧することを特徴とする、微生物を含む流れを処理する方法。 - 前記送りガスは二酸化炭素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送りガスは空気であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送りガスは窒素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送りガスはメタンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧のステップは、送りガスを導入した前記加圧された流れをフラッシュチャンバに送入することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧のステップは、前記フラッシュチャンバからガス生成物を生成し、該ガス生成物を該チャンバにリサイクルさせることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧のステップは、前記フラッシュチャンバからガス生成物を生成し、該ガス生成物を大気に排出させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧された流れを脱水することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧された流れを嫌気的に処理し、当該処理された流れから天然ガスを除去することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記処理は、固体生成物を生成するように前記減圧された流れに凝集剤を加え、該固体生成物を除去することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 流れのpHを6.5未満に下げるように前記加圧のステップにおいて前記チャンバに酸を加えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酸は、硝酸と燐酸と蓚酸と塩酸と硫酸とよりなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンバは、前記送りガスを前記加圧された流れの中に実質的に拡散させるに適した長さを有するパイプラインであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 送りガスを微生物を含む流れに導入し、
該送りガスと当該微生物を含む流れとをチャンバに送入し、
該チャンバ内の送りガスと当該微生物を含む流れとを14.7p.s.i.g.よりも大きい圧力まで加圧し、該送りガスは当該加圧された流れの微生物に対し可溶性であり、
当該可溶性の送りガスを微生物内で膨張させて微生物の細胞壁を破裂させるように該流れを減圧することを特徴とする、微生物を含む流れを処理する方法。 - 前記送りガスは、二酸化炭素と空気と窒素とメタンとその混合物とよりなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧のステップは、前記加圧された流れをフラッシュチャンバに送入することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧のステップは、前記フラッシュチャンバからガス生成物を生成し、該ガス生成物を該チャンバにリサイクルさせることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧のステップは、前記フラッシュチャンバからガス生成物を生成し、該ガス生成物を大気に排出させることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧された流れを脱水することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
