Claims (11)
- 別個の読み取りコントロール(30)及びリフレッシュコントロール(20)をそれぞれ備えたピクセル(10)を有するMOS型イメージセンサ(810)を含む放射線写真装置内のX線源(800)をサーボ制御する方法であって、放射線写真作業中に、それぞれの読み取りに応答して、少なくとも1つの画像捕捉特性を確立するように、X線源の電力供給を維持しながら、複数のイメージセンサピクセルの読み取りコントロールが繰り返し呼び出され、そして、該画像捕捉特性がプリセット画像捕捉特性に相当したときに、X線の放射が中断される、放射線写真装置内のX線源をサーボ制御する方法。
- 該画像捕捉特性がヒストグラムである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該プリセット特性が、ヒストグラム形状を有し、そして特に、軟質組織、骨及び象牙質、エナメル質及び不透明物質にとって特徴的なピーク(501, 502, 503, 504, 601, 602, 603, 604, 703及び704)のうちの少なくとも1つに向けられているヒストグラム形状を有する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 該画像捕捉特性が、少なくとも1つの画像濃度値に対応するピクセルの数である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該画像捕捉特性が、閾値を超える濃度スペクトルの広がりである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 読み取りコントロールが、該イメージセンサの全てのピクセルそれぞれに、該イメージセンサのピクセルサブセットに、伝送され、そして該画像捕捉特性が、全てのピクセルそれぞれの読み取り信号に、該イメージセンサのピクセルサブセットの読み取り信号に、基づいて確立される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該ピクセルサブセットが、センサ表面上に均一に分配されたピクセルを含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- 該読み取りコントロールが順次様式で呼び出される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該画像捕捉特性がプリセット画像捕捉特性に相当したときには、該センサピクセルが読み取られ、そして読み取り中に得られた読み取られた信号に基づいて、画像が形成される請求項1に記載のサーボ制御方法を用いた放射線写真方法。
- X線源(806)並びに別個の読み取りコントロール及びリフレッシュコントロールをそれぞれ備えたピクセルを有するMOS型イメージセンサ(810);放射線暴露時間にわたって分配される一連の呼び出し信号を該読み取りコントロールに印加するためのシーケンサ;画像捕捉特性を確立するために、そして該捕捉特性とプリセット捕捉特性とを比較するために、該呼び出し信号に応答して該ピクセルによって供給された読み取り信号を受信するコンピュータ(812);並びに該捕捉特性がプリセット画像捕捉特性に相当したときに暴露を中断するための、該コンピュータによって制御される放射線暴露中断手段(817)、を含む放射線写真装置。
- 該ピクセルによって供給された読み取り信号に基づいて画像を供給するための画像再現手段(814)をも含む請求項10に記載の装置。
