Claims (11)
- 複数の単位セルを含む中型または大型電池パックの温度を制御する熱交換システムにおいて、
電池パックの外面を囲む密封型ハウジングと、
ハウジング内に設けられ、熱交換媒体を流すために駆動する駆動ファンと、
熱交換媒体の温度を制御するために、ハウジングの一側に設けられた熱交換ユニットと、を備え、
熱交換媒体が流れる所定の流路が、ハウジングと電池パックとの間で画定される、熱交換システム。 - 熱交換媒体は空気からなる、請求項1による熱交換システム。
- 熱交換ユニットは、
バッテリーパック内に取り付けられた制御ユニットまたはバッテリーパックが内部に設けられた装置の制御ユニットによって、制御可能な熱制御部材と、
ハウジングの内面に取り付けられ、熱交換部材に接触した内部熱交換部材と、
ハウジングの外面に取り付けられ、熱交換部材に接触した外部熱交換部材と、
を含む、請求項1による熱交換システム。 - 熱交換部材はペルティエ要素からなる、請求項3による熱交換システム。
- 熱交換部材は、高い熱伝導性を有する材料から作られた複数の羽根が一列に配置された構造で構成されている、請求項3による熱交換システム。
- 熱制御部材は、電池パックの電池管理システム(BMS)によって制御される、請求項3による熱交換システム。
- 密封型ハウジングは、一つ以上の内面に設けられ、該内面で熱交換媒体を所定の流路に分離する仕切りを有する、請求項1による熱交換システム。
- 密封型ハウジングは絶縁体からなる、請求項1による熱交換システム。
- 駆動ファンは、熱交換ユニットに隣接して配置されている、請求項1による熱交換システム。
- 熱交換媒体を電池パックから熱交換ユニットへ通して流すための第一パイプと、
熱交換媒体を熱交換ユニットから電池パックへ通して流すための第二パイプと、をさらに備えた、請求項1による熱交換システム。 - 第一パイプと第二パイプは互いに分離され、
第一パイプと第二パイプは互いに間隙を介して配置される、請求項10による熱交換システム。
