Description
粒子が除かれたが他の液体で汚染されたオイルは、ドーム状の加熱プレートの上に散布され、その後重力によって膜状に加熱プレートの側面に、すなわち、加熱プレートの傾斜した平らな表面に沿って流れると考えられる。ここで、乗り越し部の機能は、オイルの流れを止め、オイルが一定期間加熱プレート上に滞留させることである。

エンジンからのオイル温度は約100℃
粒子フィルタ中の温度損失:10℃
支持基盤は直径15cmの表面を有し、点源の数は20である。しかし、点源の数は点源のサイズによって増減できる。
点源は最小限1cm2であり、最大限5cm2である。
点源の温度は、潤滑オイルの耐熱性と停留時間によって140〜220℃の範囲内で調整できる。
Claims (14)
- 熱源3を備えるオイル再生装置1であって、
前記オイル再生装置1は、汚染物を液体形態で含むオイル17を前記熱源3と接触させるように構成された搬送装置4,25,26を備え、
前記熱源3は、前記点源3と前記オイル17との接触面でオイルの最高許容温度に相当する予め定められた温度にされている少なくとも1つの点源3を備えることを特徴とするオイル再生装置。 - 前記熱源は、少なくとも2つの点源3を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオイル再生装置1。
- 前記温度は一定であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のオイル再生装置1。
- 前記搬送装置4,25,26は、前記熱源3を有する支持基盤2を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のオイル再生装置1。
- 前記支持基盤2は熱伝導性であり、前記接触面は前記支持基盤2と前記オイル17との接触面で構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のオイル再生装置1。
- 前記支持基盤2は実質的に円錐状のユニット、凸状のユニット及び階段形状のユニットの少なくともいずれかを含むことを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載のオイル再生装置1。
- 前記支持基盤2は、オイルコンテナ18に連結できる連結装置4を含むことを特徴とする請求項4乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のオイル再生装置1。
- 前記連結装置4は、前記連結装置4の少なくとも一部を通って延び、オイルを前記オイルコンテナ18から前記点源3まで運ぶように構成された少なくとも1つの導管16を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のオイル再生装置1。
- 前記搬送装置は、前記点源3を前記オイル17に接触させるように構成された可動の支持基盤2を含むことを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載のオイル再生装置1。
- 前記点源3は半導体で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のオイル再生装置1。
- 前記点源3は、最大5cm2の大きさを持つことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のオイル再生装置1。
- 汚染物を液体形態で含むオイル17の再生方法であって、
前記オイル17は少なくとも1つの点源3を備える熱源3と接触させられ、
前記点源3は、当該点源3と前記オイル17との接触面でオイルの最高許容温度に相当する予め定められた温度にされている、オイル再生方法。 - 前記オイル17は、少なくとも2つの点源3に接触されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記熱源3は、一定の温度にされていることを特徴とする請求項12又は請求項13に記載の方法。
