Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の駆動装置(4)は、出力軸(5)を介して車輌ドア(1)または変速機(6)に接続されることが可能であり、この変速機(6)は、車輌ドア(1)の旋回運動に応じた旋回運動をなす。駆動装置(4)は、電子評価ユニット(21)に接続可能で、かつ、車輌ドア(1)のそれぞれの角位置を検出する、第1のセンサユニット(7)を、少なくとも1つ備えている。本発明の目的は、送電停止後、車輌ドア(1)がその終端位置に到達して再校正ができるようになるまで待つ必要なく、車輌ドア(1)の位置の増分測定の利点を利用することにある。この目的は、車輌ドア(1)の全旋回角(α)を、少なくとも3つの連続した区域(旋回角幅)(α1〜α4)に分割することによって実現され、個々の旋回角幅(α1〜α4)は、絶対値を検出する第1のセンサユニット(7)によって決定される。次いで、個々の区域α1〜α4の範囲内における車輌ドアの旋回角は、少なくとも1個の増分測定変換部を含む第2のセンサユニット(8)を用いて検出される。

Claims (11)
- 車輌のドア、特に自動車のテールゲートを自動的に作動させる駆動装置であって、この駆動装置(4)は、出力軸(5)により、車輌ドア(1)又は変速機(6)に接続することが可能であり、この変速機(6)は、車輌ドア(1)の旋回運動に応じて旋回運動をなし、この駆動装置(4)は、少なくとも1つの第1のセンサ装置(7)を備えており、このセンサ装置(7)は、電子評価装置(21)に接続可能であり、かつ、車輌ドア(1)の各角度位置を検出する機能を有しており、かつ、
a)前記第1のセンサ装置(7)は、車輌ドア(1)がなす隣接し合う少なくとも3つの旋回角幅(α1〜α4)の絶対値を検出する回転角測定装置を備えており、この旋回角幅の合計が、車輌ドア(1)の閉位置(I)と、車輌ドア(1)の開位置(II)との間の角である全旋回角(α)をなし、
b)少なくとも1つの第2のセンサ装置(8)を備え、この第2のセンサ装置(8)は、各旋回角幅(α1,α2,α3)の始点又は終点に対する、駆動装置(4)の出力軸(5)の相対的な位置を測定する増分測定値検出器を、少なくとも1つ備えていることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 車輌ドア(1)がなす旋回角幅(α1,α2,α3)の絶対値を検出するための第1のセンサ装置(7)は、駆動装置(4)の出力軸(5)上に配置されて、その旋回運動を測定するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 駆動装置(4)が直列に配置された複数のギアステージ(10)(12)を有し、2つのギアステージ(10)(12)の間に、第1のセンサ装置(7)は配置され、かつ、駆動装置(4)は付加的ギア機構(30)を有し、この付加的ギア機構(30)は、出力軸(6)に類似し、かつ、第1のセンサ装置(7)により検出可能な回転運動を行う出力装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 第1のセンサ装置(7)が、駆動装置(4)の出力軸(5)又は付加的ギア機構(30)の出力装置に配置され、円周方向から見て、極性の異なる少なくとも2つの磁石領域(15)(16);(26)(27)を有する少なくとも1つの第1のマグネットディスク(14);(14’)と、この第1のマグネットディスク(14);(14’)の磁石領域(15)(16);(26)(27)を走査する少なくとも2つの磁界センサ(17)〜(19);(28)(29)とを備え、
第1のマグネットディスク(14);(14’)の磁石領域(15)(16);(26)(27)と磁界センサ(17)〜(19);(28)(29)とは、駆動装置(4)の出力軸(5)又は付加的ギア機構(30)の出力装置が、始点から終点へ、及び終点から始点へと回転する際に形成される少なくとも3つの隣接し合う旋回角幅(α1〜α4)のそれぞれの旋回角幅(α1,α2,α3,α4)に対して、磁界センサ(17)〜(19);(28)(29)が当該旋回角幅に特有の旋回角幅毎に異なるようにして、磁石領域(15)(16);(26)(27)と関連するような、前記磁石領域と磁界センサ間の相互の関係をもって配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の駆動装置。 - 駆動装置(4)の出力軸(5)又は付加的ギア機構(30)の出力装置が、始点から終点へと回転する際に、隣接し合う少なくとも4つの旋回角幅(α1〜α4)の絶対値を検出することができるよう、前記第1のマグネットディスク(14);(14’)の磁石領域(15)(16);(26)(27)、及び該磁界センサ(17)〜(19);(28)(29)の個数と配置とが選択されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の駆動装置。
- 極性の異なる少なくとも2つの磁石領域(15)(16)がセクタ状であり、
初期状態では、始点において、第1の磁石領域(16)の磁界は、磁界センサ(17)〜(19)の全てに印加され、駆動装置(4)の出力軸(5)又は付加的ギア機構(30)の出力装置が回転すれば、これに続いて、磁界センサ(17)〜(19)が第2の磁石領域(17)へと移動するように、この磁界センサ(17)〜(19)は相互に隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の駆動装置。 - 磁界センサ(28)(29)は、マグネットディスク(14’)の外周に沿って、これと距離をおいて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の駆動装置。
- 磁界センサ(17)〜(19)は、マグネットディスク(14)の側部から、所定の距離の位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の駆動装置。
- 第1のセンサ装置(7)の第1のマグネットディスク(14)は、マグネットディスク(14)をカム(32)上に有する斜板機構(30)の斜板の形態であり、
前記カム(32)が、出力軸(13)に接続されていることにより、これらが一緒に回転すれば、これらは偏心して回転し、もって、一部の領域においては、ハウジングに固定されているリングギア(31)上で転動しつつ、回転することが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4〜8のいずれかに結合した請求項3に記載の駆動装置。 - 第2のギアステージ(12)が、斜板機構用のリングギアの形態であるハウジングを有する遊星ギアであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の駆動装置。
