Claims (20)
- 反応器を備える水素ガス生成装置であって、該反応器が触媒、触媒と流体連通した膜、及び反応器に統合された熱交換器を備える装置。
- 前記反応器が合成ガスを受け取って水素ガスを生成する構成の水−ガスシフト反応器であり、前記反応器が複数の入力チャンネル及び複数の出力チャンネルを有するシェルを備え、該シェルは内部で発熱性水−ガスシフト反応が起こる構成である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記触媒が、一酸化炭素とスチームを二酸化炭素と水素に変換する構成のシフト触媒の充填層を含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換器が、前記反応器を積極的に冷却することにより発熱性シフト反応から過剰な熱を除去する構成である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記膜は、二酸化炭素及び硫化水素の少なくとも一方を選択的に除去する構成の耐熱性の二酸化炭素及び硫化水素選択膜の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 燃料源から水素を分離する方法であって、
ガス化プロセスから第1ガス状燃料混合物を形成し、
第1ガス状燃料混合物を、触媒と流体連通した二酸化炭素及び硫化水素選択膜を含む水−ガスシフト反応器に流し、このとき反応器を熱交換器により冷却し、
第1ガス状燃料混合物より多量の水素を含有する第2ガス状燃料混合物を形成し、
第2ガス状燃料混合物から二酸化炭素及び硫化水素の少なくとも一方を除去する
工程を含む方法。 - 前記燃料源が石炭、天然ガス、オイル及びバイオマスから選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項6記載の方法。

- 前記反応器が約250℃〜500℃の温度を維持する、請求項14記載のプラント。
