Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によるガス化システムは,炭素を含む燃料と酸素を含むガスとを反応させてガス化し,生成したガスに水を噴霧して冷却し,冷却した生成ガスに含まれる固体微粒子を除去し,固体微粒子が除去された生成ガスをアンモニア分解触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるアンモニアをN2とH2に分解し,さらにシフト触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるCOの一部をCO2とH2に転換するという特徴を有する。

Claims (18)
- 炭素を含む燃料をガス化する方法において,炭素を含む燃料と酸素を含むガスとを反応させてガス化し,生成したガスに水を噴霧して冷却し,冷却した生成ガスに含まれる固体微粒子を除去し,固体微粒子が除去された生成ガスをアンモニア分解触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるアンモニアをN2とH2に分解し,さらにシフト触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるCOの一部をCO2とH2に転換することを特徴とする石炭ガス化方法。
- 請求項1において,生成したガスに水を噴霧して冷却する工程において,冷却後の生成ガス温度が,生成ガスに含まれる固体微粒子を除去するフィルタの耐熱温度以下で,かつ,アンモニア分解触媒の作動温度以上になるように噴霧する水の量を制御することを特徴とする石炭ガス化方法。
- 請求項1において,生成したガスに水を噴霧して冷却する工程において,噴霧した水を確実に蒸発させるために,水を多段に噴霧することを特徴とする石炭ガス化方法。
- 請求項1において、前記シフト触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるCOの一部をCO2とH2に転換した後に、生成ガスに含まれるハロゲン化合物を除去することを特徴とする石炭ガス化方法。
- 請求項1において、前記シフト触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるCOの一部をCO2とH2に転換する前に、生成ガスに含まれるハロゲン化合物を除去することを特徴とする石炭ガス化方法。
- 請求項5において,ハロゲン化合物を除去する工程の出口における生成ガスの温度が190℃以上になるように,ハロゲン化合物除去工程を運用することを特徴とする石炭ガス化方法。
- 請求項5において,ハロゲン化合物を除去する工程の出口における生成ガスの温度が120℃以上になるように,ハロゲン化合物除去工程を運用し、その後、前記シフト触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるCOの一部をCO2とH2に転換するために、水蒸気を追加することを特徴とする石炭ガス化方法。
- 請求項1において、シフト触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるCOの一部をCO2とH2に転換した後、CO2を分離・回収する石炭ガス化方法。
- 請求項1記載のCO2回収型石炭ガス化方法による生成ガスを用いて、ガスタービンを駆動し、ガスタービンの排ガスから得られた蒸気で蒸気タービンを駆動して発電する石炭ガス化複合発電方法。
- 炭素を含む燃料と酸素を含むガスとを反応させてガス化するガス化炉と,生成したガスに水を噴霧して冷却する水噴霧装置と,冷却した生成ガスに含まれる固体微粒子を除去する脱塵フィルタと,前記固体微粒子が除去された生成ガスをアンモニア分解触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるアンモニアをN2とH2に分解するアンモニア分解反応器と,前記アンモニアを分解した生成ガスをシフト触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるCOの一部をCO2とH2に転換するシフト反応器とを有する石炭ガス化システム。
- 請求項10において,冷却後の生成ガス温度が,生成ガスに含まれる固体微粒子を除去するフィルタの耐熱温度以下で,かつ,アンモニア分解触媒の作動温度以上になるように前記水噴霧装置で噴霧する水の量を制御する制御装置を有することを特徴とする石炭ガス化システム。
- 請求項10において,噴霧した水を確実に蒸発させるために,前記水噴霧装置で水を多段に噴霧することを特徴とする石炭ガス化システム。
- 請求項10において、前記シフト触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるCOの一部をCO2とH2に転換した後に、生成ガスに含まれるハロゲン化合物を除去するハロゲン除去塔を有することを特徴とする石炭ガス化システム。
- 請求項10において、前記シフト触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるCOの一部をCO2とH2に転換する前に、生成ガスに含まれるハロゲン化合物を除去するハロゲン除去塔を有することを特徴とする石炭ガス化システム。
- 請求項14において,前記ハロゲン除去塔は、ハロゲン化合物を除去する工程の出口における生成ガスの温度が190℃以上になるように,ハロゲン化合物除去工程を運用することを特徴とする石炭ガス化システム。
- 請求項14において,前記ハロゲン除去塔は、ハロゲン化合物を除去する工程の出口における生成ガスの温度が120℃以上になるように,ハロゲン化合物除去工程を運用し、前記ハロゲン除去塔出口から前記シフト反応器までのいずれかに、前記シフト触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるCOの一部をCO2とH2に転換するために、水蒸気を追加する装置を有することを特徴とする石炭ガス化システム。
- 請求項10において、シフト触媒と接触させて生成ガスに含まれるCOの一部をCO2とH2に転換した後、CO2を分離・回収する石炭ガス化システム。
- 請求項10記載の石炭ガス化システムにより生成された生成ガスを用いて、ガスタービンを駆動し、ガスタービンの排ガスから得られた蒸気で蒸気タービンを駆動して発電する石炭ガス化複合発電システム。
