Abstract
Description
A)400〜3000g/molの数平均分子量および1.8を上廻る平均OH官能価を有するヒドロキシル基含有ポリジメチルシロキサン、但し、このヒドロキシル基含有ポリジメチルシロキサンは、式(I):
Rは、枝分れしていてよい脂肪族C1〜C20基であり、
R1は、2〜10個の炭素原子を有する枝分れしていてよいヒドロキシアルキル基であり、
R2は、水素であるかまたは基R1の定義に相当する〕で示される少なくとも1つの構造単位を有することによって特徴付けられるものとし、
および
B)500〜50000g/molの数平均分子量Mn、16.5〜264mg KOH/g固体樹脂のヒドロキシル価、0〜150mg KOH/g固体樹脂の酸価およびポリマーの固体樹脂100g当たり5〜417ミリ当量の化学結合したカルボキシレート基および/またはスルホネート基の含量を有する、ヒドロキシル基、ならびにスルホネート基および/またはカルボキシレート基を有するポリマーおよび
C)ポリイソシアネートを含有する水性組成物である。
Rは、枝分れしていてよい脂肪族C1〜C20基であり、
nは、1〜25の整数である。
R1は、2〜10個の炭素原子を有する枝分れしていてよいヒドロキシアルキル基であり、
R2は、水素であるかまたは基R1の定義に相当する〕に相当する。
次の実施例において、全ての百分率の記載は、質量%に関するものである。
MPA:メトキシプロピルアセテート
DBTL:ジブチル錫ジラウレート
スルフィノール(Surfynol)104BC(ブタングリコール中50%):2,4,7,9−テトラメチル−5−デシン−4,7−ジオール、Lanxess, Leverkusen, DE
ボルヒゲル(Borchigel PW 25)(プロパングリコール/水中25%):ポリウレタンを基礎とする非イオノゲン濃稠化剤, Bayer MaterialScience AG, Leverkusen, DE
バイシロン(Baysilone)VP AI 3468(ブタングリコール中10%):表面添加剤ポリエーテルポリシロキサン、Brochers GmbH, Langenfeld DE
ソルベントナフサ100:芳香族化合物含有溶剤。
700g/molの数平均分子量およびR=CH2を有する、式
成分に次の表の記載により市販の塗料添加剤、触媒およびポリイソシアネートを攪拌しながら攪拌し、引続き50μmのナイフでガラス上に塗布し、かつ100℃で60分間硬化させた。
Claims (7)
- A)400〜3000g/molの数平均分子量および1.8を上廻る平均OH官能価を有するヒドロキシル基含有ポリジメチルシロキサンを含有する水性組成物において、このヒドロキシル基含有ポリジメチルシロキサンが、式(I):
Rは、枝分れしていてよい脂肪族C1〜C20基であり、
R1は、2〜10個の炭素原子を有する枝分れしていてよいヒドロキシアルキル基であり、
R2は、水素であるかまたは基R1の定義に相当する〕で示される少なくとも1つの構造単位を有し、
および
B)500〜50000g/molの数平均分子量Mn、16.5〜264mg KOH/g固体樹脂のヒドロキシル価、0〜150mg KOH/g固体樹脂の酸価およびポリマーの固体樹脂100g当たり5〜417ミリ当量の化学結合したカルボキシレート基および/またはスルホネート基の含量を有する、ヒドロキシル基、ならびにスルホネート基および/またはカルボキシレート基を有するポリマーおよび
C)ポリイソシアネートを含有することを特徴とする、前記水性組成物。 - 成分A)およびB)はA)とB)の全体量に対してA)0.1〜10質量%およびB)90〜99.90質量%が存在するように使用されている、請求項1記載の水性組成物。
- NCO基と成分A)〜C)のOH官能性化合物との比が0.8:1〜2:1である、請求項1または2記載の水性組成物。
- 基R1とR2とが同一であり、かつHO−CH2−CH2−を表わす、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が助剤および添加剤として、内部離型剤、充填剤、染料、顔料、難燃剤、加水分解保護剤、殺菌剤、流展助剤、溶剤、酸化防止剤、消泡剤および/または顔料分布のための分散助剤を含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の組成物から得られる、被覆、接着剤またはパッキング材料。
- 請求項6記載の被覆または接着剤で被覆されたかまたは接着された支持体。
