Claims (20)
- 噴霧装置(2)と、
流体を収容するアンプル(100)を保持するためのアンプルホルダ(3)と、
前記流体を収容するアンプル(100)を開封するための開封手段(4)と、
を含む吸入療法装置であって、
前記開封手段(4)と前記アンプルホルダ(3)の第1の部分(31)が互いに移動可能なように配置され、移動時に前記開封手段(4)が前記アンプルホルダ(3)内に配置されたアンプル(100)を開封し、前記アンプル(100)内に収容された流体(8)が前記噴霧装置(2)に到達するようになっている、吸入療法装置。 - 前記アンプルホルダ(3)が、前記吸入療法装置の蓋(5)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記流体を収容するアンプル(100)を開封するための前記開封手段(4)が針であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 噴霧する流体(8)を前記噴霧装置(2)に供給するための供給手段(6)が更に設けられており、前記流体(8)が前記供給手段(6)により前記噴霧装置(2)に到達することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記開封手段(4)が、前記開封手段の長手方向に少なくとも部分的に延びる導管(41)を有し、前記アンプル(100)からの前記流体(8)が前記導管(41)を通って前記噴霧装置(2)又は供給手段(6)に到達することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記開封手段(4)と前記アンプルホルダ(3)の前記第1の部分(31)が、実質的に直線状、円形、又はらせん状の経路に沿って互いに対して移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記開封手段が、移動が起こる場合、開封が意図されている前記アンプル(100)の壁領域(130)に切り込むように設計されたカッター(42)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記開封手段(4)が、前記供給手段(6)と一体的に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記吸入療法装置(1)が、前記アンプル(100)を前記開封手段(4)に当接して密封するための密封装置(43)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記開封手段(4)が、前記アンプル(100)の開口部を前記開封手段(4)に当接して密封するように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記吸入療法装置(1)が、前記アンプル(100)内に正圧を発生させて、前記アンプル(100)を移動した位置に圧搾保持するように設計されている圧搾手段(11)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記アンプルホルダ(3)が前記圧搾手段(11)を含み、開封中、前記圧搾手段(11)が前記アンプル(100)を圧搾するように前記圧搾手段(11)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記アンプルホルダ(3)の前記第1の部分(31)は、移動が起こった場合のみ前記アンプル(100)と係合するように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記アンプルホルダ(3)が、前記アンプル(100)を保持するように設計された第2の部分(32)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記アンプルホルダ(3)の前記第1の部分(31)と前記第2の部分(32)が、互いに対して可動であるように形成されており、前記アンプル(100)の第1の部分(110)に作用する前記アンプルホルダ(3)の前記第1の部分(31)と前記アンプル(100)の第2の部分(120)に作用する前記アンプルホルダ(3)の前記第2の部分(32)は、移動が起こる場合、前記アンプル(100)内に負圧又は正圧が生じるように、前記アンプル(100)の前記第1の部分(110)と第2の部分(120)を互いに対して動かすことを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の吸入療法装置。
- 前記アンプル(100)が、前記開封手段(4)で開封されるように設計された第1の領域(110)と、前記アンプルホルダ(3)で保持されるように設計された第2の領域(120)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の吸入療法装置に使用されるように設計されたアンプル。
- 前記アンプル(100)が、前記アンプル(100)を前記開封手段(4)又は前記供給手段(6)に当接して密封するように設計された密封面(143)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のアンプル。
- 前記アンプル(100)の前記第1の領域(110)が、前記アンプル(100)の前記第2の領域(120)に対して可動であるように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項16又は17に記載のアンプル。
- 前記アンプル(100)の前記第1の領域(110)が、弾性要素(150)又はベローズ(151)で前記アンプル(100)の前記第2の領域(120)と連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項16〜18のいずれか1項に記載のアンプル。
- 前記アンプル(100)が、前記アンプルホルダ(3)の係合時に、前記アンプル(100)の前記第2の領域(120)が張力を吸収するように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項16〜19のいずれか1項に記載のアンプル。
