Description
希釈液流は、針の先端に達する前に、針の周りで安定化することを、分析が示す場合がある。そのため、注入器針は、周囲チャネル内で十分に遠くまで突出してもよい。しかし、より短い針長さを求める理由が存在する場合には、この突出長は、半分ほどだけ減少することができる。
本発明は、少なくとも1つの具体的な例に関して述べられたが、本明細書を読むことによって、多くの変形および変更が、当業者に明らかになるであろう。したがって、全てのこうした変形および変更を含むために、添付特許請求の範囲は、従来技術を考慮してできる限り幅広く解釈されることが意図される。

微小流体回路を備え、
前記微小流体回路が、成形コンポーネントを備え、
前記成形コンポーネントが、前記微小流体回路のチャネルおよびタンクを形成し、
前記微小流体回路が、血液学分析のためのものである、カートリッジ。 - 請求項1に記載のカートリッジであって、前記微小流体回路が、3次元流体力学的集束のためのチャネルを備える、カートリッジ。
- 請求項1に記載のカートリッジであって、前記成形コンポーネントが3次元である、カートリッジ。
- 請求項1に記載のカートリッジであって、
前記微小流体回路が、血球数分析を行うためのものであり、
前記血球数分析が、赤血球(RBC)数、血小板数、白血球(WBC)のマルチパート分画、ヘモグロビン吸収度ベース測定、および/または、RBC、血小板、WBC、ヘモグロビンの種々の他の指標を含む、カートリッジ。 - 請求項1に記載のカートリッジであって、

長手方向軸を有する第1チャネルと、
前記第1チャネル内にある第2チャネルと、
前記第1チャネルに結合し、かつ、前記第1チャネルの長手方向軸に対して所定の角度の長手方向軸を有する第3チャネルと、

前記第1チャネルが、流体流を提供するためのものであり、
前記第2チャネルが、前記流体流内にサンプルコア流を提供するためのものであり、

前記第3チャネルおよび前記第4チャネルが、前記サンプルコア流を調整するために、前記流路内に流体を提供するためのものであり、
前記サンプルコア流の位置が、前記第3チャネルからの流体の速度と前記第4チャネルからの流体の速度との比を変更することによって調整可能であり、
