Description
第一実施形態の分析装置について、以下、図面を参照して説明する。本実施形態の分析装置は、たとえば、血液に含まれる糖化ヘモグロビンの量を分析する装置である。血液は、試料の一例であり、検体と称されることもある。糖化ヘモグロビンは、分析装置による分析対象の一例である。
図1に示すように、分析装置102は筐体104を有する。本実施形態では、筐体104は、略直方体の箱状に形成されている。以下では、分析装置102における上下方向、幅方向、及び奥行方向を、それぞれ矢印U、矢印W、矢印Dで示す。矢印W方向、矢印D方向、及び矢印W方向と矢印D方向を合成した方向は、いずれも水平方向である。また、分析装置102の奥行方向の奥側及び手前側をそれぞれ矢印DA、矢印DBで示す。
図2〜図4に示すように、本実施形態の分析用具42は、一例として、チップ44とカートリッジ46とを有する構造である。チップ44の上にカートリッジ46が重ね合わされた状態で、矢印D1側を奥側にして分析装置102のトレー118にセットされる。分析用具42においても、便宜的に、分析装置102のトレー118にセットされた状態での上下方向、幅方向、及び奥行方向を、それぞれ矢印U、矢印W、矢印Dで示す。また、分析用具42の奥前側及び手前側をそれぞれ矢印D1、矢印D2で示す。
図5〜図8に示すように、分析装置102の筐体104(図1参照)の内部には、トレー118が収容された位置に、導入部120が設けられている。トレー118が筐体104内に退避する(奥側へ移動する)ことで、トレー118に載せられた分析用具42が導入部120に導入される。導入部120は、キャピラリー68において試料を電気泳動させるための電極62を備えた分析用具42が導入される部位である。
次に、第二〜第四実施形態及び参考例について説明する。以下の各実施形態及び参考例において、分析装置の全体的構成は第一実施形態と同様であるので、詳細な説明を省略する。また、第一実施形態と同様の要素、部材等については同一符号を付して、詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (5)
- 試料が泳動するキャピラリーを備えたチップと、液体槽を備え前記チップに重ねられるカートリッジと、を含み、前記チップと前記カートリッジとの嵌合状態で前記試料の成分を測定可能となる分析用具が設置される設置部と、
前記設置部に設置された前記分析用具を前記チップと前記カートリッジとの重ね合せ方向に押圧して前記設置部との間で挟み込み前記チップと前記カートリッジとを嵌合させる押圧部材と、
前記チップと前記カートリッジが嵌合した前記分析用具の前記試料の成分を測定する測定部材と、
前記液体槽の上面を成す封止膜を前記押圧部材による押圧により穿孔する穿孔部材と、
前記穿孔部材の先端側に設けられ、前記分析用具への押圧方向と交差する方向に曲がる曲がり部と、
を有する分析装置。 - 前記液体槽の底面を成す底面膜を穿孔する穿孔突起を前記チップが備える前記分析用具に対し、前記押圧部材が押圧により前記チップと前記カートリッジを接近させて前記底面膜を前記穿孔突起で穿孔する請求項1に記載の分析装置。
- 前記押圧部材が、
前記穿孔部材による穿孔部位の周囲で前記液体槽との間に密閉空間を形成する密閉部材と、
前記密閉空間に気体を導入する気体導入部材と、
を有する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の分析装置。 - 前記密閉部材が、前記分析用具に面接触する請求項3に記載の分析装置。
- 前記密閉部材が、前記分析用具よりも低弾性の材料で形成される請求項3又は請求項4に記載の分析装置。
