Claims (10)
- 試薬を収容し、自動分析装置のプローブが挿入されて試薬が吸引される開口部を持った複数の収容部を有し、該複数の収容部のうち少なくとも一つの収容部の前記開口部が、他の収容部の前記開口部と異なる大きさを有しており、すべての該収容部の前記開口部が少なくとも1枚のシート状のシール材によりシールされた容器本体と、
下面に前記シール材を前記各開口部において穿孔する複数の中空の穿孔部が下方に向けて突設され、上面に該穿孔部に連通する前記プローブの挿抜を可能とする開口が形成された蓋体とからなり、
前記容器本体の上から前記蓋体を押し付けることにより前記シール材が穿孔されて前記プローブが前記穿孔部の中空部から前記収容部に挿入可能とされるように構成されてなる試薬容器において、
前記蓋体が、前記容器本体と係合して、該容器本体の上方であって前記穿孔部と前記シール材とが干渉しない位置に該蓋体を仮止め保持する係合部を有し、前記蓋体を前記干渉しない位置から前記容器本体に向けて前記シール材を穿孔する位置まで押し付けたとき、
前記開口部に対し前記穿孔部が、前記開口部の内壁面から前記穿孔部の外周面までの最短距離が、前記内壁面から前記穿孔部の中心までの最短距離の2分の1以下となる位置に配置されていることを特徴とする試薬容器。 - 前記試薬が複数種類あり、前記それぞれの収容部が、対応する前記試薬の必要量に応じた収容量を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の試薬容器。
- すべての前記穿孔部が、等しい外形寸法を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の試薬容器。
- 前記シール材が、穿孔後前記蓋体の穿孔部と密着する材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の試薬容器。
- 前記シール材が、前記穿孔部による穿孔の際、前記シール材の分離した断片を生じないラミネートされたアルミニウム箔からなることを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の試薬容器。
- 前記複数の穿孔部のうち少なくとも一つは、前記蓋体の下面から下方に向けて突出する長さが他の穿孔部と異なっており、これにより前記穿孔部が前記シール材を段階的に穿孔するよう構成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の試薬容器。
- 前記試薬容器の外部に取っ手が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の試薬容器。
- 前記容器本体が外周壁を有するブロック状であり、前記蓋体が、前記容器本体の上から押し付けられた際に前記外周壁により内壁面が案内されるカバー壁と、前記穿孔部を下面に有する上壁とから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の試薬容器。
- 前記蓋体が、前記自動分析装置側の部材と係合して位置決めされる位置決め部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の試薬容器。
- 前記開口部のうち少なくとも1つが前記穿孔部の外周面に沿う相似形部を有しており、該相似形部の前記外周面に沿う長さが前記外周面の長さの25%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の試薬容器。
