Abstract

Description
ニケーション・システム(UMTS:Universal Mobile Telecommunication System )W−CDMAネットワークであり、このネットワークでは、基地局をノード−Bと呼び、コントローラを無線ネットワーク・コントローラ(RNC:radio network controller)と呼び、移動端末はユーザ機器(UE:user equipment)として知られている。W−CDMAシステムでは、移動デバイスには、共通のキャリア周波数上において異なる拡散およびスクランブリング符号が割り当てられる。送信は、割り当てられた符号との乗算によって拡散され、信号を広い帯域全域に拡散する。受信機においては、これらの符号を用いて、受信した信号を逆拡散することによって、元の信号を再現する。各基地局は、パイロット専用の符号と、ブロードキャスト信号とを有し、移動局はこれらの信号を用いて、担当セルを選択する。他の実施形態では、ネットワークは他のいずれの形式を有してもよく、かつ/あるいは他の何らかの通信プロトコル、例えば、次世代プロトコルにしたがって実施されてもよい。
成ARQプロトコルのNチャネル全てを用いる場合、および単一のHARQチャネル(バースト・データ・レート)のみを用いる場合に所与の遅延に対して達成することができる、より高いデータ・レートが維持されることによって、有効範囲が拡大する。
Claims (15)
- 移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスにおける方法であって、
前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについてのトランスポート・フォーマット関連情報および送信電力関連情報を取得すること、
前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについての前記トランスポート・フォーマット関連情報および送信電力関連情報に基づいて、前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについての送信機チャネル構成を構成すること、
前記送信機チャネル構成と共に送信すること、
を備える方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記送信機チャネル構成を構成することは、チャネル・フレーム・サイズを変更することを含む、方法。 - 請求項2に記載の方法において、
前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについての現在の送信機チャネル構成情報に基づいて、前記チャネル・フレーム・サイズは変更される、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについての前記送信機チャネル構成を構成することは、符号または時間多重化のうちの一方に基づいて構成することを含む、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについての前記送信機チャネル構成を構成することは、物理チャネルの数、チャネル化符号、および各物理チャネルの拡散係数を構成することを含む、方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法において、
前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについての現在の送信機チャネル構成情報に基づいて、物理チャネルの数、チャネル化符号、および各物理チャネルの拡散係数は変更される、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについての前記送信機チャネル構成を構成することは、各チャネルの変調および符号化パラメータを構成することを含む、方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法において、
前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについての現在の送信機チャネル構成情報に基づいて各チャネルの変調および符号化パラメータは変更される、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記送信電力関連情報は電力増幅器ヘッドルーム、ACLR、相互変調歪み(IMD)、ピーク対平均比率(PAR)情報のいずれかを含む、方法。 - ワイヤレス通信インフラストラクチャ要素における方法であって、
前記移動ワイヤレス通信インフラストラクチャ要素によってサービスを受ける移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについてのトランスポート・フォーマット関連情報、および送信電力関連情報を取得すること、
前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについての前記トランスポート・フォーマット関連情報および前記送信電力関連情報に基づいて前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについての送信機チャネル構成を構成すること、
を備える方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法において、
前記送信機チャネル構成を構成することは、チャネル・フレーム・サイズを変更することを含む、方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法において、
前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについての現在の送信機チャネル構成情報に基づいて前記チャネル・フレーム・サイズは変更される、方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法において、
前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについての前記送信機チャネル構成を構成することは、符号または時間多重化のうちの一方に基づいて構成することを含む、方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法において、
前記移動ワイヤレス通信デバイスについての前記送信機チャネル構成を構成することは、各チャネルの変調および符号化パラメータを構成することを含む、方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法において、
