Abstract
【解決手段】金型1の母材の成形面2に粗し加工を行う。続いて、粗し加工が行われた成形面2に、最大粗度Ryが5〜20μmである被覆層3を形成する。金型1の成形面2の被覆層3の最大粗度Ryを5μm以上としているので、金型1を用いたブロー成形では、金型1の成形面2に対するワークの摺動を抑制することができる。これにより、ワークの製品面で生じる傷が生じても、その長さを短くすることができる。また、金型1の成形面2の被覆層3の最大粗度Ryを20μm以下としているので、ワークの製品面に傷が生じても、その傷の深さを改修可能なレベルに抑えることができる。

Claims (6)
- ワークの製品面に対応する成形面に被覆層を備え、
前記被覆層の最大粗度Ryは5〜20μmであることを特徴とする金型。 - 前記被覆層の最大粗度Ryは8〜12μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型。
- 前記被覆層の材料としてめっきが用いられ、その厚みが1〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の金型。
- 金型の母材の表面に粗し加工を行い、
前記粗し加工が行われた前記表面に、最大粗度Ryが5〜20μmである被覆層を形成することを特徴とする金型の製造方法。 - 前記被覆層の最大粗度Ryを8〜12μmとすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の金型の製造方法。
- 前記被覆層の材料としてめっきを用い、その厚みを1〜50μmとすることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の金型の製造方法。
