Abstract
【解決手段】セメントキルン燃焼排ガスGが供給され、含水有機廃棄物Sを乾燥させる破砕気流乾燥機1であって、円筒状の本体4と、本体内に設けられ、鉛直方向に延設された回転軸8と、回転軸に一端が固定された棒状打撃子15とを備える破砕気流乾燥機。従来の打撃チェーンのような繋ぎ目がなく一体形成された棒状打撃子を破砕手段として用いるため、部分的に摩耗することがなく、棒状打撃子の表面に適度の量の被乾燥物が付着した状態で運転が継続するため、棒状打撃子の摩耗を防止することができる。棒状打撃子は、角鋼等、横断面矩形状とすることができ、複数段にわたって螺旋階段状に配置することが好ましい。

Claims (4)
- セメントキルン燃焼排ガスが供給され、含水有機廃棄物を乾燥させる破砕気流乾燥機であって、
円筒状の本体と、
該本体内に設けられ、鉛直方向に延設された回転軸と、
該回転軸に一端が固定された棒状打撃子とを備えることを特徴とする破砕気流乾燥機。 - 前記棒状打撃子は、横断面矩形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の破砕気流乾燥機。
- 前記棒状打撃子は、複数段にわたって螺旋階段状に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の破砕気流乾燥機。
- 前記棒状打撃子の他端と前記本体の内壁面との隙間が、30mm以上60mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の破砕気流乾燥機。
