Abstract
【解決手段】 電池が使用される用途ごとに、該電池の各性能に対して付される重み係数を定め、前記電池から得られた前記各性能の測定結果を、前記重み係数で修正し、前記重み係数で修正された前記各性能の重み付き結果を各用途ごとに集計し、用途別評価値を算出し、前記電池を前記用途ごとに、前記用途別評価値に基づき評価することとして電池の評価方法を構成した。これより、電池を用途ごとに評価でき、最適な用途に電池を振り分けることができる。

Description
電池に関して、用途ごとに性能評価がなされる。用途ごとになされた評価値に基づいて、電池の用途を選択することにより、電池を最も適した用途に使用することができる。各電池に対し、一群の電池内で用途別に順位付けが可能となることにより、特定の用途に使用される電池群(電池ユニット等)を構成しやすくなる。
電池は、電池ユニットとして構成され、電気自動車に搭載されている。電池ユニットは、10〜40程度の電池モジュールで構成され、更に個々の電池モジュールは、一単位としての電池セル(以下、単に「電池」という場合は、特定しないかぎり単一の電池セルを言うものとする。)を2〜10程度組み合わせて構成されている。電池モジュールは同一形式の電池が組み合わされるのが一般的である。尚、これら構成の数等は特に限定しない。
次に、上記評価装置を用いた電池32の評価方法について具体的に説明する。

Claims (3)
- 電池が使用される用途ごとに、該電池の各性能に対して付される重み係数を定め、
前記電池から得られた前記各性能の測定結果を、前記重み係数で修正し、
前記重み係数で修正された前記各性能の重み付き結果を各用途ごとに集計し、用途別評価値を算出し、
前記用途別評価値に基づき、前記電池を前記用途ごとに評価することを特徴とした電池の評価方法。 - 電池が使用される用途ごとに、該電池の各性能に対して付される重み係数を定め、
前記電池から得られた前記各性能の測定結果を、前記重み係数で修正し、
前記重み係数で修正された前記各性能の重み付き結果を各用途ごとに集計し、用途別評価値を算出し、
前記用途別評価値に基づき、前記電池に対し、一群の電池中での順位付けを、前記用途ごとに行うことを特徴とした電池の評価方法。 - 電池の各性能を測定する測定部と、
前記電池が使用される用途ごとに、前記測定部で測定される各性能にそれぞれ付される重み係数を記憶する記憶部と、
前記測定部が測定した前記電池の各性能の測定結果を、前記重み係数を用いて修正する重み付け部と、
前記重み付け部で修正された重み付き結果を、用途ごとに集計して用途別評価値を算出する集計部と、
前記集計部で算出された前記用途別評価値に基づいて、前記電池の前記用途ごとの評価を設定する評価部と、を具えて構成したことを特徴とする電池の評価装置。
