Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関に搭載されて噴孔から燃料を噴射するインジェクタ(燃料噴射弁)において、噴孔へ高圧燃料を流通させる高圧通路31a,12aを内部に形成するバルブボディ31及びノズルボディ12と、高圧通路12aの一部を拡大して形成されたノズル室15に収容され、ノズルボディ12に形成された弁座12sに接離することにより高圧通路12aを開閉するニードル(ノズル部材)13と、ノズル室15に露出するよう配置され、ノズル室15の燃料圧力を検出する燃圧センサ60と、を備える。

上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。また、本発明は上記実施形態の記載内容に限定されず、各実施形態の特徴的構造をそれぞれ任意に組み合わせるようにしてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関に搭載されて噴孔から燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁において、
前記噴孔へ高圧燃料を流通させる高圧通路を内部に形成するボディと、
前記高圧通路の一部を拡大して形成されたノズル室に収容され、前記ボディに形成された弁座に接離することにより前記高圧通路を開閉するノズル部材と、
前記ノズル室に露出するよう配置され、前記ノズル室の燃料圧力を検出する燃圧センサと、
を備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 前記燃圧センサに接続され、前記燃圧センサによる検出信号を燃料噴射弁の外部に出力するセンサ配線を備え、
前記ボディの内部には、前記高圧通路へ供給された燃料の余剰分を前記ボディの外部へ排出する低圧通路が形成されており、
前記センサ配線は、前記低圧通路を介して前記ボディの外部へ接続されるよう配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。 - 前記ボディの一部を構成し、前記燃圧センサが挿入配置される取付穴を有するセンサ取付部材と、
前記燃圧センサに接続され、前記燃圧センサによる検出信号を燃料噴射弁の外部に出力するセンサ配線と、
を備え、
前記燃圧センサには、前記センサ取付部材との間にて高圧燃料の漏出を抑制するシール部が形成されており、
前記センサ配線は、前記燃圧センサのうち前記シール部に対して前記漏出の経路の下流側部分に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料噴射弁。 - 前記燃圧センサは、前記ノズル室の高圧燃料から受ける荷重に応じて検出信号を出力する圧電素子を有して構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記燃圧センサは、当該燃圧センサの温度を検出する温度センサ素子を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の燃料噴射弁。
