Abstract
【解決手段】VOCを含有するガスAと空気加熱手段5によって加熱された空気Bとを混合して混合ガスCとし、この混合ガスCのうち一部の混合ガスEをバイパス経路11に分岐させるとともに、残りの混合ガスDを混合ガス加熱手段10によって加熱し、この加熱された残りの混合ガスDとバイパス経路11を経て分岐した一部の混合ガスEとを混合して触媒反応器16により触媒に反応させて処理し、この触媒反応器16によって処理された処理ガスGを混合ガス加熱手段10に供給する。

Claims (6)
- VOCを含有するガスと空気加熱手段によって加熱された空気とを混合する第1混合手段と、この第1混合手段によって混合された混合ガスのうち一部の混合ガスを分岐するバイパス経路と、上記混合ガスのうち残りの混合ガスを加熱する混合ガス加熱手段と、この混合ガス加熱手段によって加熱された上記残りの混合ガスと上記バイパス経路を経て分岐した上記一部の混合ガスとを混合する第2混合手段と、この第2混合手段によって混合された混合ガスを触媒に反応させて処理する触媒反応器と、この触媒反応器によって処理された処理ガスを上記混合ガス加熱手段に供給する処理ガス供給経路とを備えることを特徴とするVOC含有ガスの処理装置。
- VOCを含有する排水に水蒸気を供給することにより上記VOCを含有するガスを生成する放散塔を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のVOC含有ガスの処理装置。
- 上記処理ガス供給経路は、上記混合ガス加熱手段から上記空気加熱手段に接続されて、この混合ガス加熱手段に供給された上記処理ガスを、さらに上記空気加熱手段に供給して上記空気の加熱の熱源とすることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のVOC含有ガスの処理装置。
- VOCを含有するガスと空気加熱手段によって加熱された空気とを混合して混合ガスとし、この混合ガスのうち一部の混合ガスをバイパス経路に分岐させるとともに、残りの混合ガスを混合ガス加熱手段によって加熱し、この加熱された上記残りの混合ガスと上記バイパス経路を経て分岐した上記一部の混合ガスとを混合して触媒反応器により触媒に反応させて処理し、この触媒反応器によって処理された処理ガスを上記混合ガス加熱手段に供給することを特徴とするVOC含有ガスの処理方法。
- 放散塔によりVOCを含有する排水に水蒸気を供給して上記VOCを含有するガスを生成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のVOC含有ガスの処理方法。
- 上記混合ガス加熱手段に供給された上記処理ガスを、さらに上記空気加熱手段に供給して上記空気を加熱することを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載のVOC含有ガスの処理方法。
