Claims (2)
- 揮発性有機化合物成分を含有する揮発性有機化合物含有排水を放散塔に供給して該放散塔に投入される蒸気により上記揮発性有機化合物成分を放散し、次いでこの揮発性有機化合物成分を放散した放散ガスに空気を混合して希釈し、さらにこの空気を混合した希釈ガスを加熱して触媒と反応させることにより上記揮発性有機化合物成分を酸化分解処理するとともに、この酸化分解処理によって発生した処理ガスによって上記希釈ガスを加熱する揮発性有機化合物含有排水の処理方法であって、
上記放散塔に供給する上記揮発性有機化合物含有排水の空塔モル速度をLM(kmol/m2・h)、該放散塔に投入される上記蒸気の空塔モル速度をGM(kmol/m2・h)としたときに、
上記揮発性有機化合物含有排水の高位発熱量HHV(kJ/kg)と、上記希釈ガスにおける上記放散ガスのガス量V(Nm3)に対する混合した上記空気の量Vair(Nm3)の比である希釈ガス比Vair/V(Nm3/Nm3)とを、高位発熱量HHV≦90(kJ/kg)、かつ希釈ガス比Vair/V≧1(Nm3/Nm3)とするとともに、(0.0288LM/GM+0.025)HHV+(0.05LM/GM−1.3796)≦Vair/V≦(0.0878LM/GM+0.0783)HHV+(0.153LM/GM−1.8842)の範囲に設定することを特徴とする揮発性有機化合物含有排水の処理方法。 - mをヘンリー定数(molfr/molfr)としたときに、上記揮発性有機化合物含有排水の空塔モル速度LM(kmol/m2・h)の上記蒸気の空塔モル速度GM(kmol/m2・h)に対する比LM/GMを、m/5≦LM/GM≦mの範囲に設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の揮発性有機化合物含有排水の処理方法。
