Abstract
【解決手段】給水を加熱するための複数の加熱管21を支持する管板11と、管板11に取り付けられ、管板11とともに水室30を形成する水室鏡板12と、水室30内に固定された水室仕切板16と、水室仕切板16の外縁部に取り付けられ、管板11及び水室鏡板12と溶接部41を介して接合されている取付部材40とを備え、溶接部41を介して接合される管板11及び水室鏡板12の剛性と溶接部41の剛性と比較して、取付部材40の剛性を相対的に低く設定する。

Description
この図に示す高圧給水加熱器は、復水器(図示せず)からの給水(復水)が導入される水室ヘッダ1と、蒸気タービンからの抽気が流通する胴部2を備えている。

Claims (4)
- 給水を加熱するための複数の加熱管を支持する管板と、
前記管板に取り付けられ、前記管板とともに水室を形成する水室鏡板と、
前記水室内に固定された水室仕切板と、
前記水室仕切板の外縁部に取り付けられ、前記管板及び前記水室鏡板のいずれか又は両方と溶接部を介して接合されている取付部材とを備え、
前記取付部材の剛性は、前記溶接部を介して接合される母材の剛性及び前記溶接部の剛性と比較して相対的に低いことを特徴とする給水加熱器。 - 請求項1記載の給水加熱器において、
前記取付部材は、パイプ状に形成されていることを特徴とする給水加熱器。 - 請求項2記載の給水加熱器において、
前記取付部材の直径は、前記水室仕切板の厚みより大きいことを特徴とする給水加熱器。 - 請求項1から3いずれかに記載の給水加熱器において、
前記取付部材は、前記水室仕切板の外縁部の全部に取り付けられていることを特徴とする給水加熱器。
